Going from being a mail carrier working 6 days a week every week to working as a calibration technician. I ugly cried when they called and offered me the job, higher than the pay I requested too. I'm a big dude, so my postal customers looked at me crazy like.

I don't really have friends or family to share the news with, so I'm sharing with you! Honestly don't even care if it gets drowned among the thrall of user sub!

Cat tax. Parker says hello!

@op totally read that as celebration technician and was thinking I need a career change!

I did it for a few months in the military since our back shop was undermanned but it was awesome.

Even on weekends. As the old saying goes; find a job that you like and you’ll never work a day for the rest of your life.

Whoever made that saying was obviously unemployed

Or business owner

Okay okay okay, won't have to work EVERY weekend. My bad. Excitement got the better if me.

You'll have to work every day for the rest of your life if I have anything to say about it
