Tamales? Tamales are wrapped in a corn husk or banana leaf depending on where you live.
I put the skull pan filled with Tamale stuff on a baking sheet filled with water, then wrap all of it in foil/parchment to steam.
Spooky. I love tamales but I’ve only ever had corn in the states and banana wrapped in Mexico.

I underfilled mine because I was afraid the cheese wouldn't melt enough. I ended up with a lot of empty dough. I would fill them all the way

Make sure you fill them all the way. I skimped on ingredients because I was afraid of over-filling. Ended up with a lot of empty dough.
