I didn't post this so people can tell me i'm beautiful, I dont need any outside validation, I posted this for the people who have struggled to find motivation. I failed at least 20 times before I actually stuck with it and learned to be patient. It's not easy, and you will want to give up, so when you feel like you've had enough, think about why you're doing it and just keep going. Stay patient, and keep going. Also, i'm hispanic and grew up eating tacos, enchiladas, pan dulce and other glorious foods, my mom cooks better than anyone I know and loves to bake, I was surrounded by temptation, but never gave in, do you all know how hard it is to say no to tacos and conchas? Really fucking hard! But I had specific goals that I wanted to reach and I wasn't going to let tacos stand in the way of that. In the photo on the left I had already lost almost 20 lbs. I started at 220, but that wasn't even my heaviest, my heaviest was 236 and i'm 5'4, now i'm at about 155, goal weight is 135-140.
