And this is why cutting the head off the beast will not be enough. MAGA is rotten to its core, more than most realized. And the America way of life, so envied is going the way of the dodo

Trump tried to get his former VP killed. We all saw it happen.

2 months ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 0

And the scaryest of them all is that people knew this before and still voted Trump.
And many who knew later still think is not a breaking point.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, envied. Yes we were corrupt before Trump, but still envied. You know this.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But Elon musk and Peter thiel chose Vance

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Vance was selected by Peter Theil.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Vance is extremely unlikable but smarter and crafter. He's either going to go over like a lead balloon or complete the mission.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Erika will be peacock enough, probably. She can maintain the cult, while they still will have a 'man in power.'
He'll be her political beard.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's terrifying how Mike Pence is the hallmark for having a conscience.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And even after knowing that, stupid Americans reelected him. Uggh. That’s the problem really, American idiocy.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What's Pence been up too since Trump tried to have him killed? Hiding from the pardoned J6ers?

2 months ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 0

Hired as faculty at George Mason University in Virginia

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He ran against trump in the primary. I don't recall much else about him since that.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Which is why Trump wanted the capitals stormed by a bunch of iron protesters hoping that he would get killed in the crossfire or deliberately targeted

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Would you trust leaving your couch alone with Vance even for a moment? I could not bear the thought.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Trump didn't select Vance. Peter Thiel did. Trumps just the maga magnet to get the gop in power.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Vance was picked by the heritage foundation.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is definitely a factor but the reason he was selected was to secure the bag from peter thiel

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Envied??? By whom exactly? Don't make me laugh. The distorted image of the US as the land of milk and honey has been one of the more deceitful exports you've managed to cone up with.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

No one is going to be motivated by Vance. Vance was selected for his position because one he is willing to do whatever he is told to move the nation forward fascism and two, he has no ability to win an open election on his own.

Vance is a toddie with the charisma of a brick shithouse and less useful to the nation as a whole.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Peter Thiel selected Vance... For a specific reason..

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He also replaced almost all of his cabinet, meaning either none of them would come work for him again or they weren't crooked enough for him after his first term.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you’re expecting Vance to certify his own loss, I suggest you come up with a backup plan.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Trump isn't the head; he's the rattle shaken by Peter Thiel in order to occupy the attention of the hoi polloi, convincing them to vote against their own best interests.

2 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

More of an accidental alliance. The Federalist judicial coup was critical and predates Putin. Putin was critical and predates Thiel. Thiel was critical and he and Yarvin and Palantir and Methril are all connected. They aren't the same team, but Trump's base served the needs of each.

Conservatives are the greatest threat this planet has ever known. Worse than Nazis. Much worse.

2 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

At least during the Nazi era, the internet didn't exist. It was literally impossible for a lot of people to find out the truth. MAGA doesn't have that same excuse.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Envied by who exactly? Because I left the US long before the Trump era explicitly because the country was already a shithole and I refused to live there another moment. The American way of life hasn't been enviable in a very long time if ever.

2 months ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 4

God I'm so jealous of you. ;-; Wish I could leave the country.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, as a Canadian the American insistence in their own excellence has always been baffling. America has been a shithole for as long as I've been alive, and yet almost every American rabidly insists it's the best country in the world, and that everyone else on the planet is jealous of their quality of llife. My brother had cystic fibrosis, his medication costs were over $100k a year- because we live in Canada, we paid $0.

2 months ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 3

Average life expectancy for a CF patient in Canada is 40+ years, in the US it's something like 25

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The US is the greatest country in the world if you're brainwashed and/or never visited another developed country. Work has sent me ro rural and urban China, Germany, Saudi Arabia, England, and a few remote African countries. I almost miss every flight back, even when I'm in what I assume is some of the most abject poverty on the planet.

2 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

And that's what blows my mind- almost every American I have ever met is a totally normal, nice, decent person- but they're all brainwashed since an incredibly young age to believe that nothing can ever be better than America, and anybody who says otherwise is lying because they're jealous

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

There's also the fact that Vance wrote the foreword to Project 2025. You know, that thing Trump said he had no connection to.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Vance simply does not have the popularity and weight that Trump does. When Trump is gone, many will compete for the position of the top dog, and republicans will be in disarray for years. Also because Vance doesn't command the maga cult, republican congressfolk won't be so afraid to push back. Currently they are afraid because Trump keeps threatening their re-elections.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

I don't think you've been watching close enough. The whole point of them having Kirk assassinated was to position Vance to take over oin 2028 with a solid quiet base. The Maga threat is bad. The turning point threat will be worse.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

They are adapting Putin/Medvedev strategy. Popularity is a non-factor. Vance will get "elected" to give them more time to make a 3rd term legal, which they'll obviously manage since it's just a matter of time when they can operate without consequences. Then trump again, then vance again...

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I hated Pence so much will before Trump, Trump made me like and respect him. It hurts me still

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He made a man who calls his wife "mother" seem reasonable

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Trump won’t survive, Vance will be the new atta boy, he’ll divorce his non-white wife and marry Erika Kirk. Then we’ll be truly doomed.

2 months ago | Likes 234 Dislikes 4

The spread of her group into schools is rather disturbing as far as indoctrinating younger folks. Preparing yet another generation for Christian nationalism. I truly fear for the future of people like my LGBTQ friends and special needs daughter.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Get out while you can.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think Erika will be the next VP for Vance. That's why they give her all those shows right now. Charlie wasn't popular enough, so now they use her.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

All the while, Peter Thiel with an endless sinister laugh...

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

um, the US is already truly doomed. 47 million Americans want what's going on right now and the republican party has unlimited $$$ resources to maintain their power. Might as well accept it, American Democracy is Dead.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Then unalive both of them. American problems sometimes requires astutely American Solutions.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Kirk has already announced that they want Vance in 2028, probably with her as Vice or First Lady. And seeding high schools with Turning Point to turn the youth vote. So now that Americans know their plan, are any of the smart ones going to counter it this time?

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

She will change her name to trump and theyll get married, and vance will take her name in marriage, thus being another trump president. 🤮🤮

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Vance doesn't have the personality nor charisma to pull off a cult like Trump does (somehow.)

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There are at least 4 factions in the GQP who all hate each other. They have a tenuous alliance under their carnival barker, but once he's gone there will be a long, bloody war for control of the party.

2 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

and the fact you and many people are saying this shows their diversion is working. It doesn't matter who's placed in the spotlight, because every one of them is a shield for the real heads of the corruption: Peter Thiel, Stephen Miller, and Russ Vought. they have successfully gotten you angry at the decoy, as it were.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

And? That doesn't change the fact that they will need a good amount of public support behind them to enact their fascism, and without him, no one person will have that support.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

really? how much public support has trump needed to change the names of places to add his ugly name? or instill his SS in cities, or enact his tarrifs?

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I'm basing my statement on history. Any successful fascist government of the past has required a lot more popular support than they have. And the geography of America will make it way more difficult.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Steve Bannon, too.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

yep, get fatso mclunatic too

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I still reckon his wife will have an "accident" (missed assassination attempt?) so they can grift and capitalise off of the sympathy

2 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

I'm thinking his wife will just cease to exist, like a tv series where they just write out a character and never explain it, then the show continues like nothing happened.
Then he marries erikkka kkkirk

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Can you actually see them sympathize with a brown woman???

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Well, no - she'll be dead. JD Vance as the grieving widower, however ....

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He's got the charisma of a gas station burrito, though. He's not going to be the rallying point Trump has (for some fucking reason) been. He's arguably worse than Trump in a lot of ways, but hes not going to be able to maintain the cult, which is a lot of the current GOPs powerbase

2 months ago | Likes 62 Dislikes 0

and the fact you and many people are saying this shows their diversion is working. I think because he lack charisma is why Trump picked him, same as why he picked Pence, he wanted someone that wouldn't outshine him. Hopefully, it'll encourage some voters to stay at home.

2 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Tr*mp has the same appeal as a wrestling heel, that's what they want and need. He's the only one with that.... Let's call it "charisma" for lack of a better word...

2 months ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

It is charisma.
Hitler had charisma. So did Stalin, and any cruel demagogue you can think of, but charisma is just like intelligence, you can use it for shit purposes.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Once enough parts of the mechanism of power are defunct, the cult is not necessary any more. Won't matter who the front guy is at that point, ain't nobody gonna do sh*t about it for a long while.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Vance isn't old, rich & racist enough to approach Trump's power base.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes and no. Venezuela had populist fascist at one point. When he died the heir, so to speak, was not a populist at all. However, he was already in charge. So he just used the military and police with a heavier hand. So things can be much worse.

2 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Except Trump can't even get the national guard to break protestor skulls, you know thats what he keeps barking at hegseth, and it goes down the chain, but along the way the orders get moderated until its cleaning up leaves in a park

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They need a demogogue and Vance won't suffice. These are fundamentalist devotees, there'll be a schism over who is the rightful ascendant. Rudy Giuliani or Alex Jones will engage in combat, resulting in both of their deaths. The Tiger King will assume the throne and conservatives will not only just embrace, but demand, gay supremacy all while using the Bible to justify the invasion of non-LGBTQ countries for their fabulous resources.

2 months ago | Likes 75 Dislikes 4

Im fully expecting the Republicans to treat it like a popularity contest, they'll run Joe Rogan next

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Tiger King as president would be out there campaigning on reclassifying meth as a less dangerous substance and demanding it be cleared for medicinal use, and no one will be brave enough to be like "uhhh amphetamines are routinely prescribed for medicinal use, you're just not supposed to smoke them."

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The current secretary of health and human services once drove a dead bear from upstate new York and left it in central park while he was on heroin and thinks that Tylenol and circumcisions cause autism. We're already living the fucking clown show

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And all these clowns, they've got even the liberals wondering if maybe the federal government is too broken to come back from them... just what they want. If they can't control it, they want it destroyed. It's fucking wild that they're set up to get what they want either way.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Grindr will become the world's richest corporation and lobby extensively for infrastructure projects and the expansion of the public library system. Republicans will forget about their Orange King and instead embrace a multitude of queens. While most will be dumbfounded by this turn of events, the world will be in a good place for a while. Until, of course, the inevitable rise of Adolf Twinkler.

2 months ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 2

I thought Peter Thiel was Adolf Twinkler?

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wouldn't it be awesome if Vance has been playing everyone all along? I mean, what if once Trump carks it, and Vance is sworn in, he turns around and fires everyone Trump hired? He then walks back all of those executive orders, DOGE firings, and so on. That would be something to see.

2 months ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 16

Yeah, until you consider that Republicans are all immoral monsters working towards the destruction of the republic. There are no 'good' Republicans.
Well, there are, but their don't get out and about much anymore.

He as completely owned and operated by Peter Thiel, and will turn the country into a technofascist theocracy.

Fortunately nobody would follow him anywhere...

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

That would take someone with morals, and someone with morals would have spoken up or done something a LONG time ago. They wouldn't let it get this far.

I just commented that he/V was picked by HF. When dtump passes I'm sure HF thinks we will all be so relieved and they think we won't realize they've been control the whole time.

Buddy, we know. There's been 1593 posts a week screaming this on this site for 10 years.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

then if people know, why aren't we putting up posts about organizing a mob to go after them, instead of constantly shit talking in the spotlight. that's like watching an arsonist light a forest on fire, and only focusing on the forest fire.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It's a musing, not a belief. Plus, I'm not angry. Also, I'm not even in the US.

And everyone seems to know that Trump and Vance are not the power/corruption brokers.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

and just because you're outside the US, you think their poison won't seep elsewhere if not stopped? what's going to stop a wannabe dictator of where you live from going: "well if trump can do it, so can I"

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

We have compulsory voting, a preferential voting system, and a way of dismissing Prime Ministers who break the law or overstep their boundaries . That method of dismissal does not require impeachment or any other parliamentary process - just approval from the Govenor General who is the local representative of the King of England.

Additionally, a party-based coup can remove a sitting Prime Minister via a party vote.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yes, because the status quo has always held up and will never ever change due to corruption right?
