Four ingredients. Flour, yeast, salt and water. Here is the flour, yeast and salt.
Adding the water.
Ready to rise. I didn't get a picture of the dough once it had risen for 12 hours. Oops.
30 minutes with the lid, 15 off. We took this to a family dinner, it was devoured.
Italian herb and parmesan cheese after about 14 hours.
Ready to bake
Yummy yummy get in my tummy. I bought my husband a Dutch oven just so we could make this bread. It was worth it. Link to the recipe: http://www.jocooks.com/bakery/breads/crusty-bread/

Mannnnnn I have two Dutch ovens but they're steal and aluminum. Not sure if they'll withstand 450 degrees.

Dutchovendude.com says aluminum is fine at 450. Check his website out

So far all we have made is bread because it's so good. I ordered a recipe book for dutch ovens on amazon so I'm going to try one this week.

Looks great. Trying my first Dutch oven bread recipe today. Same ingredients. I converted the volume measurements to weight for accuracy.

Let me know how it works out! I have found the less you work the dough the less dense the bread turns out. Good luck!

Threw the dough away. Looked wet and so sticky. Wouldn't form into a ball
