It's all in the breed and the training. Terriers and the like are very noisy, but many breeds aren't. And if you train them when they're 1/2
Little, they grow out of it. I have a 6yr old Samoyed and my neighbours often forget I even have a dog because she only barks hern were 2/3

We got two spoiled rotten cats instead. My good neighbor has 3 little dogs and they are a major pita. They bark at me all the time wtf.
Little dogs are usually noisier (mostly they're bred to be). But spoiled dogs are worse because they never learn boundaries.
Most people don't realise that dogs can't be treated like babies. They need firm boundaries and rules. So many reaard bad behaviour ?
