I loved the egalitarianism of the Equal Rights amendment
I loved that I didn't have to listen to some jackasses religious bullshit because of the separation of church & state & the First Amendment.
I loved that everyone was given a chance to succeed, even if our system is ultimately broken & the chance was slim.
I especially loved the idea that all were (supposed to be) equal under the law.

MAGAts & the ultra wealthy hate those things & have worked hard to eliminate each & every one of those things. They utterly loathe brown people being considered equal. They desperately want to force their religion down everyone else's throats, & they want to predetermine who gets even a teeny little chance to succeed. & Boy Howdy do they hate the idea that they could be held accountable to the law.
They destroyed what I loved & now all I want is out.
