First time I nailed the naan bread. Crispy on top but also super fluffy and soft. (of course, I put some ghee and garlic on top)

Only 2 grandma jokes, for shame, with more we could of curried some favour

about 1 1/2 cup cream and yogurt to cover your meat up... you can discard it or pour it in... just adjust it to your taste

usually hot air needs about 10% less heat, I think it's because it circulates the oven more, it's just a normal thing in most recipes.
