4 months ago she told me about a chance for "new up-and-coming artists" to get a free booth at a local art fair. I told her she should apply, "the worst the can do is say no."

Well a month and a half later the results came in and she was picked to present her art! A couple months of a mad dash to paint a few larger canvases, and get some quality prints made and framed...it's finally showtime.

If you're in the KC area come out and support your local artists (or don't, im an Imgurian not a cop.)
