The Krispy Kreme across the parking lot from us brings us free hot donuts once every couple of months. Great marketing.

Good luck with the diarrhea!

Congrats on the heart disease

The office will decide your fate.

Oink

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

@op, should have thrown down on these powerful donuts!

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

What in tarnation is a "pibble"?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Stupid dog name. I vomit a little every time someone writes it.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Do you need an intern? I'm skilled at putting away donuts and motivated to do so.

9 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 2

I do! But donuts are for employees only. Interns get to lick the glaze from my fingers....Or anywhere else it may have landed

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

You got it, boss.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Better pace yourself or you could end up the size of the office:)

This is why we can't have nationalized healthcare

+1 for description

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Looks like you ate one before thanking the picture.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Yep, and one of the not pictured kolaches on the drive home. :-)

Degeneracy

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I have no idea what people see in overeating sugar based goodies. After a certain point it only makes you a bit ill and hate yourself

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I donut think that's a good idea OP!

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

TIL OP's a serial killer -- good on ya, Dexter.... you're a creepy motherfuck, you know that, Morgan?

Being from NC, can confirm Krispy Kreme are delicious, esp. When HOT doughnuts NOW.

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 4

Krispy Kreme is unbeatable. (Also from NC) I gave up sugar for the most part. But once in a blue moon.. driving by.. that hot light on.. YUM

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

It's good but definitely not unbeatable...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's like eating fried sugar on air. The bread is merely a facade to hold up the sugar.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm not saying I like krispy kreme but I would kill for one of those

9 years ago | Likes 355 Dislikes 10

I haven't had Krispy Kreme in years.... and my mouth is watering on how delicious they were.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Did you write the new power rangers movie?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I would kali-ma a bitch for one of those maple ones.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Give me Hinkley's or Sweetwater donuts any day.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

When I visited the states, I made a point out of going to get a full box of those. I have flashbacks to this day as a glorious one.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Tell that to kanjiklub.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm literally going out to get some now

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No killing necessary, I'm stuffed - Come get some.

9 years ago | Likes 89 Dislikes 1

My kinda man who can eat 2 boxes of KK donuts! <3

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"And my ass will eat every last goddamn one of these beauties." You're a lying liar who lies.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's true. I ate like 4 and they're still sitting on the counter downstairs. I felt full and gross just from that many.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

OP is a phony! A big fat phony!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's true!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've eaten 300 grams worth of chips and an ice cream cone during last 5 hours and I still feel like eating at least three of these. ????

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

Make it 6. Don't be a pussy.

9 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 1

Well you are not wrong.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Still have some left. I was under the impression you nomed them all!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Really wish KK wasn't far from me. I can no longer get any since the local high school stopped doing food related fund raisers! Damn them!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've never eaten Krispy Kreme donuts.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

A fresh, warm one is truly the best thing ever

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

You're not missing anything. They're basically air. Sugary air.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

You poor, poor soul.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

eh, the mom and pop donut shops are the best for getting giant donuts though. But Krispy Kreme is the king of glazed

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

There are 2 local donut shops and a shipleys where I am. Shipleys is the best of them all here.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They're average donuts but the fresh ones people keep talking about are good.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 7

I'm Canadian so my first Krispy Kreme was when I was 22 years old (3 years ago). I had not lived until that moment

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Pro tip: put one in the microwave for 7 seconds. Almost like fresh

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

3 secs

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

We have drive thru Krispy Kreme here in Ohio. Still warm. And I still don't like them, sorry

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 6

I was told not to trust people like you

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You're entitled to your wrong opinion.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Same in most if not all states. Not a fan either mostly because I don't tend to like sweets but fuck yeah to those that do

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But I love me some Taco Bell. Straight sober even. I legit enjoy it. Like enthusiastically so

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I live in Ohio. They don't do them right here. Waaaay too much glaze or something. I used to travel to NC for work, and oh my Lord . . .

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I need to go to Glam Doll's in Minneapolis to get a mac and cheese donut.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's literally 4 days worth of calories right there.

9 years ago | Likes 481 Dislikes 11

Or 13487 feet/mile in freedom units

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

5 days at my height.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

More like one....

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

One nights worth***

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You sir, can leave!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

190 in a glazed. Closer to 2 days worth for me.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I count all my calories and while I've never had dunkin donuts, I can't imagine a glazed donut being only 190?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well, I googled it. I didn't pull it out of my ass.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And zero days worth of nutrition.

9 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 6

your definition of "nutrition" is vastly underappreciated. Sugar is necessary for cell protein synthesis. And carbs are the body's main fuel

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 9

Oh, and fat is required for Myelin production to solidify our neural pathways and to protect and enhance nerves.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

We have two essential fatty acids, and can make all other necessary fats.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You're stretching more than yo mama's yoga pants on this one. But +1 for effort.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Your body can make it's own. Carbohydrates are not needed for life. They're in damn near everything, so it's not an issue anyway.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Nope, but donuts have plenty, and this is how the body uses it

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Donuts have the "worst" kind of carbs, fast ones. They become sugar in an instant in your body. Its cool if you burn 5000kcal/day. every day

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's ok, American's have superhuman metabolisms! Not! :)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Donut be a fun killer!

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

for the average american maybe 2

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So she need more?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Not with this guys attitude.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Only 4? Show your math.

9 years ago | Likes 60 Dislikes 3

I went to their website and the pictured donuts equal 5800 kcal. Average adult needs 2000 kcal/day so only 2.9 days.

9 years ago | Likes 77 Dislikes 1

But the thing is you need all kinds of micronutrients and will therefore end up eating more food anyways

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

In any case, that is A LOT of calories, the worst part is it's mostly sugar.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Depends on the donut. E.g. the "Original Glazed" have about 10g sugar, calories are mostly from fat.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thanks!!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

In any case, that is A LOT of calories, the worst part is it's mostly sugar.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pretty sure the 2000 per day number is not as accurate as people think

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

Not as accurate because your diet needs to vary with your total daily energy expenditure; Basal metabolic rate + physical expenditure.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I am only supposed to have 1500 per day according to my dietician.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

The problem is that weight, age, and gender cause pretty significant variance from the average for the individual.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Average is 2640 for men and 1785 for women in the US, according to 2 seconds on Google.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Is that average consumed or average required? If consumed then the US would be higher anyway

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

He works from home and he is a self-proclaimed fatso, so assuming he is pretty much sedentary, he probably wouldn't even need 2000/day.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I'm actually really not overweight. I'm 5'11" and weigh 165. I was just shit talking for the post.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

When I had a hyperthyroid, I needed 5000 Calories a day. And only very petite sedentary people need only 2k Cal per day.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 9

I need 1500 with moderate daily exercise.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

I ate far more than that when I was underweight. Yikes. Petite, I assume. I'm 5'11" and male.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Same. I eat 1500-1700kcal a day, if I go above that I instantly gain weight..:-/

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

But don't you need 2 priests for that?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Specifically an old priest and a young priest.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

When I had a hyperthyroid I ate 5k Calories a day and wasn't huge.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

When I was training for an Ironman, I was eating around that much while losing weight. It's the greatest feeling ever. I miss it sometimes.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Did you ate 2 dozen donuts in one sitting or like 2 2500 burritos ?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Entire large pizzas, pounds of rice and chicken, etc. It was 5k AVERAGE. Some days I put away far more.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Wow impressive

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

never eat more than 6 krispy kremes in one sitting bro. Trust me, from one large dude that can seriously pack it away to presumably another.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

5 minutes if you really try.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Probably til tomorrow, I've blown my load on round 1. Will nibble til they're stale and have to be choked down. But I will persevere!

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

OP...v

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Tomorrow? Rookie! This Christmas I ate mostly chocolate all vacation. After that, for the next few days, everything I ate had a sweet taste.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Heaven! Box on the right I could do straight off. Box on the left in addition to box on the right or on its own could cause discomfort.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's possible the husband is helping. But he prefers Round Rock donuts so he bitches every time he eats one. But then he eats it anyway.

That's fine. @dankspaghettishaft and I are best friends now. We'll take an early lunch to hang out during that time.
