To be fair, making dishes takes some time to learn and perfect and is a useful skill. I would totally pay for custom dishes.

I pay my children allowance. I want them to learn to work and save, learn the value of a dollar, and I want them to know incentive.

Work above and beyond daily expectations, I was paid for it.
