Trump barely won in this county, look at all the other races. Texans had zero issue voting for a black man and women down the ballot, but when it came to Harris, she fell short. I suspect they cheated in states that nobody would question.
“Oh Texans voted for Ted Cruz AGAIN?? Well they’re just stupid as always!” and then people moved on without questioning it despite Ted Cruz having a 30% approval rating at the time among Texans. 30% approval ratings don’t win elections. Nobody also asked questions last governor race when they shut the voting machines off in Houston on Election Day:

You can also find interviews with people who voted Trump *and* progressive Democrats, because their *only* concern was to get some type of change and be anti-establishment.

You all severely underestimate just how stupid the general population is.
People switch who they vote for all of the time. If things aren't absolutely perfect, they think the best thing to do is put someone else in power.
This was particularly true with a huge chunk of the Latino vote, which is a huge portion of Texas voters.
So stop looking for conspiracies and start looking at your neighbors.

Liberals will straight up believe in mass conspiracy theories before acknowledging that their party submitted a candidate who was deeply personally unpopular and distrusted by her own base. Harris never won a national primary. Not once, not for any office, not ever. The one time she tried she dropped out before the first votes were cast because her outcome was already that clear. It was that clear before we tried to run her for president, also.

I mean, it's a colored glasses situation. Webb County is on the Texas Border and this result isn't out of step with the ore-election polling. There were a shit ton of Democrat & Independent registered Latino voters who were fatally high on Trump's nonsense about deporting only gangs and violent criminals. Gang activity is an issue along the border and I can't blame them for being concerned by it (only for believing that this lying sack of crap was the one who was going to fix it).
