For those of you with lives and that, this is from Big Hero 6. Disney fans are insane.

Did you see the Olaf Easter egg?

THREE Big hero six posts making the front page?! Squeeeeeeeee

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There are 3 Big Hero 6 posts on the front page right now. These pleases me greatly.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In an earlier scene, there's a picture of Prince Hans from Frozen on a Wanted picture.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well, the human eye can see but this is still amazing +1

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Haha watching this movie right now with the fam....

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Must've been watching on an Ultra 4K tv.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

watch a disney show 900 times with a 4 year old. you start to notice stuff

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

HEY I'M RELEVANT

11 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 2

All Disney movies have some reference to another Disney movie. Its like an easter egg hunt... the kids try to catch them all.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No ones going to mention that the cat is from The Emperors New Grove?

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also, EVE's head was sitting on Hero's desk

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I now want to put my cat in a stitch costume. Fuck you imgur.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Have small kids? They watch these things like Jim Garrison watched the Zapruder Film.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I love this movie so much and now I love it more. Oh my god. I'm crying this is beautiful

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Easy - there was a big red circle around it!

I oh thank god I'm not the only one who saw this my boyfriend thought I was crazy

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Did anybody else notice the NES controller by his computer monitor?

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Just finished watching this movie. Came onto Imgur for a bit before bed. Now must go restart movie.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just watched it last night. Looks like I know what I'm doing tonight too

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have honestly never even heard of big hero 1 through 5. How is there a 6th one already?

I said that to my girlfriend during foreplay one night. Guess who slept on the couch?

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"For those of you with lives..." I know it's from Big Hero 6, but what is it? Besides a cat wearing a Stitch costume.

11 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

izma from emperors new grove

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's all it is.

11 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

its a cute film about hiro trying to avenge his brother's death (not really spoilers), and he and his friends get superpowers along the way

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

I wouldn't have guessed his brother died, TBH. I didn't know 'til I watched it last night.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

IKR. It was a huge shock the first time I watched it. It's the first Disney film to protray death and sorrow in such a realistic way AFAIK.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

They don't "get" superpowers, they engineer them. The film is a brilliant homage to engineering and robotics.

11 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

yeh thanks for the better explanation!! word limit not too great for movie summaries

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I only saw the pretty obvious Hans statue that Baymax destroys with his fist rocket.

11 years ago | Likes 56 Dislikes 1

It is LOADED with Easter eggs. They're absolutely everywhere. Lilo and stitch (a few), 101 dalmatians, frozen, and of course Stan Lee

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well I saw Stan Lee of course

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There was also a poster on the police officers bulletin board of Hans.

11 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

There's an Olaf one too, somewhere

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yah kinda like: ?1 <--- there's actually a horse hiding there

11 years ago | Likes 170 Dislikes 10

Hunters Will Be Hunted, my favorit song from this album!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So, our brain does an alien abduction thing on a tree and teleports it over there through our eyes. Wow, science is crazy!

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You're technically correct.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

The best kind of correct

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

OOOooohhh...

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Crazy how nature do dat

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You snarky bugger.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

so what your saying is, our eyes are upside down?

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Could you have surgery to turn them around then permanently see everything upside down?

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Maybe, there have been studies that used lenses to invert peoples vision and after a few days the brain compensated and flipped it upright.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Plus the fact that the actual image is: black and white everywhere but the center, blurry everywhere but the focus, and has a hole in it.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And you don't notice a thing because the brain is that good at hiding/fixing/pretending to know.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've been thinking - why is the image flipped? If everything were always upside-down, that'd be normal anyway. It's unnecessary I think.

11 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 0

Because your eyes reflects the image you're looking at, like a mirror..

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's like worrying about whether a computer gets wrong results if you place it upside-down.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ever looked through a glass of water? Same thing with your eye. It flips the image due the light going through liquid filled sphere.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Hand-eye coordination.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But what if my brain's interpretation of a tree looks like an upside down purple and black jellyfish with a rocket launcher to someone else?

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's flipped because if your brain left it upside down, and you tried to pick an apple, you'd be reaching the wrong way for it.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

But if the brain was used to seeing everything upside down, it could just reverse the sense of 'up' and 'down' to function normally.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Isn't that pretty much what it's doing?

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes, I would hypothesize so.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

your brain doesn't think so

11 years ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 1

When we talk about our brains aren't our brains just talking about them selves in third person?

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Brains do not have mouths, so no.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

They're speaking in the first person they can reach through :P

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Everything indicates that our brains do in fact think so.

11 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

- According to our brains.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

A brain wrote that.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you spend a lot of time wearing glasses that again flip everything upside down, the brain will eventually adjust and flip it back. TMYK.

11 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 2

That's... not quite true. You would just be used to seeing the world upside down. There is no magical flipping of what you see.

11 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 8

True. I guess I was reading "sees the world as normal" differently. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perceptual_adaptation

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Read the part on experimental support, it says the images started appearing upright by day 5.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Don't know why you were downvoted. Don't have the src handy, but this experiment has been done and the subjects adapted to being (1/2)

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I likely either pissed someone of with another comment and got mass downvoted, downvote fairies happens, or some shit-for-brains read this.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Seeing* the world upside down. When they took off the glasses, the same adaption had to happen again (became used to non-flipped)

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Most likely there's people who are explicitly looking for references rather than being noticed by someone who's just watching the movie.

11 years ago | Likes 1232 Dislikes 4

its the dude that made this who pointed out

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Some people will pause it and look at the wall when there are a whole bunch of pictures, especially when a studio is known for easter eggs.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Frame 20078/1404906.... no reference. Frame 20079/1404906...no reference"

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Quite.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

you should read how all the disney movies exsist in the same universe and how everything is intertwined together its amazing

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I mean, assume just .01% of the human population watches the movie. That's 700k people. One of them is bound to happen to check there.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you follow artists/sketchboard artists who work on movies they post this stuff up themselfes. They go all "check what I did"

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That makes it a lot less cool...

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They put in work into stuff. Usually it's in progress stuff, or "here are the 20 samples I put together and the one that made the movie"

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just watching a GREAT movie.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You mean like Imgurians looking at a post?

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Is that the old lady from "The Emperor's New Groove" after she got turned into a cat wearing a Stitch hoodie?

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Nope. That's their cat, Mochi. He does look quite a bit like Izma though.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sometimes a random pause reaps great rewards.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Actually I noticed that picture on my first watch of the movie. Didn't realize it wasn't actually stitch though. Need glasses.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just saw it on my first watch through as it it directly next to the main characters face near the center screne

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I mean it is possible that at least 1 out of thousands of people who've seen the movie, one of them had to just notice randomly..

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yyyeeaaahhh, I noticed this, the Hans poster, the Stitch pillow & the Eve on the desk right away. I may have a problem. I enjoy these things

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ain't nothing wrong with that.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes, most likely on the 5th or 6th rewatch. And then they say "I love this movie, you notice something new every time you watch it!"

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Someone put it there, told people about it

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I noticed it, because I always check out the pictures, books, etc. in the backgrounds of movies. Notice some awesome stuff that way

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm one of those people. I watch it once through to enjoy it, then again to find the refs. The Stan Lee one was glaring though. Hard to miss

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, but are you satisfied with your care?

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I don't understand the question.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Never

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm still surprised by what people pick up. When Titanic came out (the movie, not the ship) someone picked up they had used (1/2)

11 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

It all depends on your area of expertise I guess. I always notice horribly executed judo throws in action movies.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

And a lot of stuff Jack told Rose about America didn't even exist until a few years later.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

the wrong type of rivet for the era. (2/2)

11 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

If you've spent much of your life riveting ship hulls together, you'd probably notice odd rivets on a ship.

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

they had the stars in the sky horribly wrong, too

11 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

man, people just watch movies differently than others. when I watch a movie, It consumes 99% of my brain processing power, I notice things

11 years ago | Likes 128 Dislikes 5

when my wife watches a movie, her brain shuts down to 1% capacity, and she notices nothing. people are just differnet.

11 years ago | Likes 88 Dislikes 2

Kinda reminds me of my mom, she sits in the room while movies are on, she doesn't watch them.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My mom does this with every tv show she watches. Then 20 minutes in she asks me or my dad why something is happening or why someone died...

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh my god, why would you marry someone who doesn't pay attention to the movie? One of my biggest pet peeves.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

I'm this person, but I've got a short attention span :( i can't marathon shows at all.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Story of my life man.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

By which I mean my SO retains little to no information and is often oblivious to anything beyond the overall story arch

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe you're actually one person in two bodies, and you steal all her processing power.

11 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

you might be on to something there!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That is excruciatingly romantic.

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

So...the simulation has SLI?
