Prime Ribeye

Room temp ribeye with salt and pepper in a smoking hot cast iron pan

This comes about 3 min into the process. You want s nice crust, some smoke. It won't burn, trust your instincts.

Prep the sauce

Onion, mushroom, garlic, salt, pepper, butter and Gorgonzola cheese. Sautéed on medium heat

Let that sucker rest

That ribeye has worked hard for you, give it a break on a cutting board. You've got beautiful crusts, let those juices settle.

Slice baby

After a bit, cut that tasty treat up, and get ready to add your sauce
