Hey, Imgur! It's Free Pizza Day!
Last week we sent 74 pizzas and 1 grocery order to 40 hungry Imgurians.
We're back to help as many people as we can and raise money for a great charity that's helping house Afghan refugees, more on that below!

This week we're be raising money to support Refugee Services of Texas. They're an incredible group working to house Afghan Refugees.
Founded in 1978, Refugee Services of Texas (RST) is a social-service agency dedicated to providing assistance to refugees and other displaced persons fleeing persecution from more than 30 countries. You can learn more about their work here: https://www.rstx.org/
Any money we raise will be used to purchase these requested items: toiletries, floor lamps, household amenities, area rugs, light bulbs, and AA batteries. We will also be purchasing appropriate foodstuffs in addition to the above items.

This fundraiser will be active until September 10th. The goods purchased will all be delivered in person to RST's Houston location by Pizza Angel @Facetimewithme by September 19th. Any support that you can offer is greatly appreciated!

That's 6,590 pizzas and 402 grocery orders sent since @MrPuckett started this project more than 2 years ago.
We also rasied $324 for the Refugee Services of Texas.
Next week we'll be hosting an EU/UK centric post run by an EU Pizza Angel at a more convenient time for our friends across the pond to get a meal!
