The dactyl was the first major print I did on my Ender 3, was a very interesting process getting the printer calibrated.

Layer 1, Left hand top right thumb cluster

Total print time was 43 hours with both fails.

Had the print fail twice.

Starting the process to wire up the amoebas

I used some generic 24 gauge copper wire for the jumper connections

Soldering the 1N4148 diodes to the amoeba sheets

I just used generic female jumper cables to wire from the amoeba rows/columns to the pro micro

My horrid splicing of my connecting cable for the halves, going to replace this with a dedicated trs cable at some point

It turned out nice... if you have the hands of a trex.
