You know what I always do? Upvote Uncle Iroh, that's what.
FloresDelCaribe
I still think this series specially season 2 could have been much better
ASmallMediumAtLarge
The only problem with Legend of Korra is Korra herself. She's a horrible character, angsty and whiny and stuck in her own head.

Just finished watching both series for the fourth time... Totally worth it
CanadianBigFeet

I'm currently rewatching it as well. Just started book 3. Such a good series.

I started watching ATLA recently because I felt I'd missed a formative experience. I was right, it's the best thing I've seen in 5 years.
TheFoxleyPerson
I love avatar and just recently finished all except for the last season of legend of korra, it truly is amazing
TheCrispiestNoodles
I'm re-watching it too! Just started up again yesterday after finishing Last Airbender series.

What are you watching it on? I'm missing a piece of my childhood. Never knew there was a continuation of airbender
Amazon Prime. There is also a few comics out that take place about a year or so after The Last Airbender.
Nightbringer0
Is this on Netflix or Hulu
mojacheee
It's on Amazon Prime. Or at least it was semi-recently

Oh Iroh, you were more of a father to me than my real one was.

Even fire Lord Ozai was a better father than my real one was

Sometimes we just gotta find our parent figures where we can. The trick is to not pass on the crap to your kids.
Won't be the first time a kid found a better role model in a cartoon than in real life.
GadenKerensky
Iroh was one of the best. Mostly because he freely admitted sometimes you need to take action that may go against your ideals.

"I know what you're going to say. She's my sister, and I should find another way to end this." "No, she's crazy and needs to go down"
Yep. And at the end, taking back Ba Sing Se.
Oh no. I remembered Zuko crying and saying how sorry he was just before Iroh pulls him into a hug.

Dammit. This was the first time I legitimately cried at a kids show. Everything was incredible in how it was set up.

I just made my dude watch Avatar- he admitted to tearing up at that scene.
You got with someone who hadn't seen A:TLA? Brave.
I mean, I forced him to watch firefly before we became serious at least.
