you're about to lose another 20 lbs when you go a few days without eating due to the horribly pornographic pics that will flood your inbox.

10 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

This inspired me so much i just put down my cookie.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Can I have it?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Obligatory "sup"

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Awesome job! Now it should be a snap to get married and gain all that weight back!

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

HAAAAWT

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

More like a size Fabulous! Great Job!

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

How did she get there? She used the My Fitness Pal app to make herself aware of what she was eating. "I even sit on my butt all day"

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Is it just me or did that freckle move to the other side of her face

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I was able to lose only 20 lbs over one year. It was fucking hard. Congrats !

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Your mole... It moved

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

well done you look gorgeous and i love the red hair

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

well done. hope you're proud of yourself and feel comfy in your new body.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Speechless, I love people who can say "I'll lose some weight" and actually go through it.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Even the birth mark went from left to right

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Stop me if I'm wrong about this, but wasn't your mole on the other side?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Mirrors are tricky like that.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I looked six times....

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Excellent work, you inspire me!

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well done OP, ya look great

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Genuine curiosity: what does your body look like after that much weight loss

10 years ago | Likes 146 Dislikes 2

It depends on how resilient your body is. Some people's skin retracts, others have to have the extra skin surgically removed.

10 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 0

also depends on the rate of fat loss. for example, a liposuction would definitely leave substantial skin folds.

10 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 1

Some stretch marks and loose skin. I lost 100 but no intention of surgery. The amount of energy I have outweighs any other benefit!

10 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

The only thing that matters is how fast you lost it. 100lbs in 2 years won't have issues, 100lbs in 2 months due to cheating methods will.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No matter how old you are or rate of loss you will have extra skin from being that big, I'm not being mean it's just a simple truth.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

you diggin deep for them comments yo.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nope just a former fat girl, lost weight when I was 17 and still had extra skin, it's why she isn't wearing a tighter shirt or showing more.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd wager that 18 months to lose, say, 150 pounds, is gradual enough for the skin to retract naturally.

10 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

I'd be VERY surprised if a 150 lb weight loss that fast would leave no stretch marks and extra skin.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It depends on the person. I lost 60lbs in 2yrs (about 1/3 of my body weight) I have extra skin in places, not enough to warrant surgery 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

2/2 building muscle is helping to fill some of the loose skin out. The hardest to fill out is my tummy.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

WAY TO GO!. You look GREAT. If this woman is not a perfect example of persevering toward a goal, i don't know what is.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm not convinced this is the same person. Wowza.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

A co worker did the same thing. I asked how, "A lot of cocaine at first, then excercise." She's a fucking nurse...

10 years ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 0

High five that bitch for me -another nurse

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Whatever works

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Cocaine is big in med school. Because med school.

10 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

Through my own empirical, scientific aggregation I have to ask, why? It is only pleasurable and satisfactory for work in scant time.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's terrifying.. That's like on the level of finding out the cops work for the mafia.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Never go to Italy.

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Not in the med school i went to.. not sure if i went to the right or wrong one

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Good lord you got hot O)O

10 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 7

According to the reddit post she is with the same guy she was with in the left pic. Someone got a major upgrade. I'd expect that to change.

10 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 2

We've been together for 8 years and he loved me at my worst. I know you and I don't know each other, but don't assume the worst in people.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

She was already hot...

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 35

Sorry, but she wasn't. It's ok to be truthful and I'm sure she'd agree.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

i just happen to like all shapes, sizes, and color...i like really fit girls too which I know a lot of guys dont.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

eh

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 18

Shame on you, this girl looks good. Go eh yourself.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

He's got his own standards. Oh well. Let him chase his women and probably fail

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

"I'm fat cause I don't chase these hoes."

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

True, but no reason to go 'eh.'

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Idk guys... to each his own, ya know? Imagine all of the excessive skin..... Eughhh

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's like robin hood men in tights, your mole changed sides.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Thank you! I had to scroll down way too far to find this comment!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Mirrors will do that.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Question for a good buddy who is very large and serious about weight change, do you get noticeable stretchmarks after that big of a change?

10 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 0

1/2 You don't GAIN stretch marks...but they can SHOW MORE as you lose the weight. What is stretched out so you don't see it when you're big

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2/2 will start to show once you've lost the weight. This happened to me as I slowly lost 125 in my early 20s.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the stretch marks are from being large and can fade with time, it's the extra skin that bites, but it's WAY better then the extra fat.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

He won't gain stretch marks, whatever he has now, he has, but he will have lotsa extra skin.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

You get stretch marks by becoming that large. By losing the weight, you are left with extra skin. It gets you comin' and goin'.

10 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 0

Doesn't it just. I can bench my own body weight but no matter how much I run and do core work I can't firm up my gut.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, but stretch marks become more visible too after you lose the weight. They're not pushed out be fat anymore, so they relax and get 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

a lot deeper. 2/2

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I lost 154 pounds in a little over half a year from my gastric bypass and got loose skin at age 26. Luckily nowhere visible with clothes on

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Where's all the extra skin though

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

Not everyone has loose skin after weightloss. A good # of people do, but it's often less noticeable/easier to hide when clothed.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Some younger people don't have as much of an issue. My best friend was huge, lost it all in college, no extra skin just stretch marks.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Good. I lost 250 lbs. at 30-31 and it cost me $36k to get rid of (most of the skin). And awesome scars remain. No moobs though

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Congrats though on the loss :D Plus, the ladies love a good battle scar or two

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I get odd looks in the gym locker room though. It's basically 2 gigantic scars that go around my body. I have no feeling their either +1

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I would take you in a manly fashion

10 years ago | Likes 217 Dislikes 16

It looks like someone beat you to that in the bottom left photo.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Same here. And I'm not even a man.

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Or lesbian, for that matter.

He's gonna give her the rodeo. The wildest 8 seconds of her life.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

no, that is when you are in your girl doggy style and tell her she is way better at this than her sis. then try to stay in for 8 seconds.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Can I join the club? I've lost, at least, 44 lbs since October last year.

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

I've lost 60, can I apply?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh that sounds creepy. Oh thats what you meant. Oh I'm the one thats being creepy.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

I have boobs and have that problem lol

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Pics or it didn't happen

We should allow people to run for office, now that we can

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Does it really feel that much better?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There are no words. You may not even realize some of the pain you have right now until you lose the weight and feel what 'normal' feels like

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You. Have. No. Idea. (lost 125)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean, mine isn't quite as good but I lost almost 1/3rd of me? So how about the formerly chubby club? :D

10 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 0

(proof for those that are skeptical )

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Nah fam, you get to be in club. I too lost 1/3 and I know how tough it can be. Good work.

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Fuck yeah, good to know. ^^ (Sorry for the late answer, imgur was over me making comments apparently.)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No it's no talking about the former Fat Club

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I need to rejoin that club

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The hardest part is to start working on it, and then you'll keep going pretty easily. I started 5 months ago, never felt so great :)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm mostly working on getting back on track with a healthy diet. Life got difficult for a while so I ate whatever the hell I wanted.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Stress-eating! Acknowledging it is a really good first step.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh I'm for sure an emotional eater. "Abba zabba you my only friend"

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Plus the convenience of shitty processed food.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I know that feel ! At new year I swore to myself I was getting back a good health, so I started doing sports (I had not for a long time) 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

and I stopped eating anything, lowered the portions and kept the fat/sugar for rare occasions. I went from 216 lbs to 194 lbs (~ lost 10 kg)

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0
