Ha. I've done this. Figured if they couldn't put it in the system it wasn't my or customers fault. FREEBIE!

In laws had a set of 2 sink vanities that were originally $100. Got rung up as $1. Sold them for profit.

I bought a knife with the wrong price on it once: cashier said "I hate this place" and gave it to me for a quarter.

Dude at target gave my 7 year old a five nights at Freddy's plush because it wouldn't ring up. #realheros

Working in retail I have done this a few times.

I was at a pie store and asked the price of a pie and the girl at the counter said "I don't even know or care. I'm gone tomorrow"

I made the FP with this once. Thanks for the nostalgia ;)

Oh my gosh, I'm sorry for not giving you credit! :( At least I didn't make the front page with it too, haha.

I don't need credit, it's not mine either. You did make the front page.

Wait I did?! I didn't know that!

I used to work at Ross and when an item didn't have a sticker we were supposed to look up the generic price for that type of item 1/2

I would almost always go with something like that was like a dollar. Fuck that place.

Ugh, Ross. Had one of the most awful evil managers there ever. I second the fuck that place.

>>Normal if you're a bitch. Anymore I'm 95% in the stockroom though, so I don't have to deal with the suburban old bitches as much.

I did that too. And then after a while I started doing loss prevention, and I gave even less of a fuck about that.

$13 brisket at Walmart rang up at 6¢. Manager sighed, said "Man... I just... I don't give a fuck anymore. Enjoy your 6¢ brisket."

A 1/4 pound brisket...amazing.

It happens. I went to buy a vacuum at homedepot for $50. Guys couldn't scan it and just handed it back and said "you are all set"

Homdepot charged us $15 for our 60 cuts made on 30 16' deck boards. (2-per board) didn't charge us for the wood. Didnt notice till we left.

I realised right away, I was expecting a 500 dollar total with everything, but she said 240 or something and I knew lol

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I did this with a 300 dollar watch when I used to work retail.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He had a ton of other stuff he was getting and idk I just forgot to scan it. Shit sucked and I had to pay for it obviously :(
