They sent the Coke bottles diagonally to each other to emphasize the size difference which I really don't like

It was never mass produced. Mainly just a concept. It would not fit well in transport containers.

They did not use the controlled substance known as cocaine in their drinks however they did use coca leaves which are used to make cocaine.
