Usually just means things get hotter faster or slower. Black cars heat up fast, white cars a bit slower. But after a few hours in 110 sun it's all scotching hot regardless of paint.

About 60% was sold to states at a discount, with the requirement it be used to build or repair border walls, but they refused to buy all of it, so the other 40% was listed in public auction at scrap prices.
So… blame the Republican congressmen that made the amendment to add that to the NDAA.
