Obligatory "Oh look - my ex" joke

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I’ve seen this a good 4-5 times. The best is when the driver just keep driving down the highway with his shit on fire.

I work for WM, they really do try, but it’s negligence here that was probably a lithium battery that exploded when pressed. We agree that 1

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Shitty plastic or other manufacturers shouldn’t simply say it’s on us to recycle, but this shit? Straight stupidity and out that driver 1/

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Don't put lithium batteries in regular waste disposal cans.

3 years ago | Likes 283 Dislikes 8

I mean... Yeah, you're 100% correct. But that's most likely not what started this.

I don't think they can go in those either. I think you're supposed to dispose of them in special battery locations, but not 100% sure really

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Batteries can go to a recycling center, hazardous waste disposal site and, some auto parts stores will take them (especially car batteries).

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

or do it to get this result, I am not the police

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I threw away a car battery in a regular garbage can but I felt so bad that I picked it out a few hours later before the truck showed up and

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

brought it to walmart. Really glad I grew a conscience before I made this post myself lol.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

How would a car battery fit into the garbage? And how can your neighbor even lift it?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It wasn't a tesla dude. The battery weighed like 30 pounds and is about 6"x6"x10" and it was our garbage can.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Oh, a starting battery. Now I feel a bit dumb not to have thought about those. Thanks.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

To make a fure tgat big you'd need a car battery.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

that neighborhood looks very depressing

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Mississauga, is that you?

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Most new neighborhoods in Texas looks like this

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh but what's not to like??? It's got glorious concrete, beautiful asphalt, cars, ultra-trimmed grass, more concrete, a few tiny trees.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

...and don't forget about all those houses that look exactly the same. It's like an alien experiment.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

(Though there are solar panels on some of the houses, so that's good.)

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've had to fight one of those before. Sucks when the driver doesn't realize at first, and you gotta chase it down before extinguishing it.

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Do you really extinguish it? Seems like that could be dangerous as you could release a large cloud of uncombusted gas that then ignites.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

better to let it burn out?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nah, ends up doing more damage in the long run. Easier to extinguish early if u can.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pull along side in the fire truck like an 18th century ship of the line and give 'em a broadside.
