Police Go To Wrong House, Kill Innocent Man Who Lives There

Jul 26, 2017 1:36 AM

Cops said he brought a gun to the door and didn't put it down.

Bullet holes in the door suggest otherwise.

Hispanic Tony Danza was only guilty of being in the wrong race at the wrong time.

There's a story I've never heard before... Wait...

So 1033 program militarizing police isn't bad maybe if restraint, good investigation, minimization of force is used…

Once again, breaking protocol ends up in an innocent person's death.

What?! That doesn't sound like the police I know.

fuck the police. so fucking out of control EVERYWHERE. and no accountability. and u know he'll beat the charge.

Should this still surprise us? Many cops are very under qualified to be in charge of our safety.

Christ people, this is just a giant statement from an attorney. Don't police use hollow points so they ant shoot through doors? 1/

And the picture of a bullet hole doesn't really look like a hole. Have some skepticism.

I'm not a criminal, and nor I like to break the law but I'm legit scared of cops.

That's how they like it

I've had several bad encounters myself, no desire to ever call them in a crisis

They show up too late anyways just to do paper work and put up yellow tape.

And I'm guessing they conclude he's innocent because his gun had all of its ammo left?

If you have a warrant out for somebody, and then go to the house two doors over... chances are pretty good you didn't nab the perp.

I'll clarify:innocent of shooting first, and I'd still think he's innocent of that as well

I own dozens of guns for target shooting, but I'm really starting to get behind the 'no guns for anyone' idea. Such a waste of life :(

So are you going to sell your collection, or take them to be destroyed so they dont fall into the wrong hands?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

I'd probably follow whatever laws were put in place for disposal if a gun ban ever actually happened. The fuck kinda question is that?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Dont get mad lol...

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I'm not, I'm just super confused. If nobody was allowed to have guns, why would I like.. give them away?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

If the government started confiscating guns you wouldn't need to give them away, they would take them...

You own dozens of guns and are anti gun ownership?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

That's not at all what I said.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

You said "no guns for anyone."

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I said I was starting to get behind the idea of no guns for anyone. That doesn't mean I'm anti-gun ownership. That's a leap I haven't taken.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Uhhhhh....ok...what would it take to get you to make the leap?
