1 step before tf2, you say no rocket jump, no lasers, no ect...

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

+1 for "Do you have an affection for Italian plumbers" in the first one.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Fuck that I'm going strait for Super Mario Galaxy

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where are the RTS games on that game chart? No C&C? No Starcraft? i am disappoint.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Kristen Schaal is a horse.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"Are you on a diet?" Yes, and I'm torturing myself by reading through this delicious candy flowchart.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Am I the only one bothered by the fact that Okami is under "male main character" when Amaterasu(sun goddess) too the form of a white wolf?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How does "Do you want fried food > No" lead to Chick-fil-A....

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Checked the novel list. Not a single 40k novel in the list.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Do you enjoy walking? --> yes --> DayZ

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"Where should I eat?"-chart is weird... "Are you in England?"--> "no" --> *instantly assumes Im in the USA*

10 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 2

Clearly nowhere else has any internet access

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

"Are you on a mobile device? --> yes --> go fuck yourself" -op

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They should make these but a program so you can just click on the instead of going through the whole thing

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Point and click for WoW? Nooooo, key bindings!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#1 I am saddened by the lack of XCOM, Europa Universalis or WipEout games

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Don't think there's any sort of RTS on there as well. No Starcraft, AoE, Command and Conquer. No League or Dota either.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The suggestion that Grim Fandango DOESN'T have some of the best voice acting and plot of all time makes me see red.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

are you in Canada? yes-----> Tim hortons and nothing else ever

10 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

How to Play Captain Falcon Flowchart

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

incorrect, if it hits you're supposed to follow up with the Falcon Punch, like so http://imgur.com/zD3ahhC

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You are correct, this is A way to play him. Regardless, you show your moves! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oVDfSCABaE

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The youtuber one was a bit weird considering it didn't even mention LP'ers, especially considering the top YT'er of all time is one...

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

hard to say when it was made, but yeah. Weird that there's no Markiplier, Jenna Marbles, and the like.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wanna get kicked in the balls? Yes: Dark Souls - No: Dark Souls anyway

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Dark souls is hard if you're used to other games. Once you understand how to take your time, look around, and play smart, it's a lot easier.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

1: fuck yeah perfect 140. 2: But man, fuck the capra demon.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

First one has some obvious flaws. Dwarf Fortress should replace Minecraft, Metal Gear Solid is a Japanese story, and COD:4 has many kids.

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

Never played dwarf fortress but I heard it is amazing. Do you know if theres any graphics mod to it?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

look up the lazy newb pack. it's pretty simple to get into, i can also link you some graphics that might help

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lazy Newb pack is pretty great. It contains a number of different mods, with a UI to manage them all. It contains graphics and utilities.

TIL Burnout: Paradise is "based in reality"

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

TIL Burnout: Paradise makes you feel like a bad ass... yet, GT3 is a simulation game and Forza... isn't.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

TIL I need to use most of my brain to play Burnout: Paradise

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

TIL Burnout: Paradise makes you feel like a bad ass... yet, GT3 is a simulation game and Forza... isn't.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thank god, I'm not a horse.

10 years ago | Likes 408 Dislikes 1

It's the only one I could read all the way through.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm a squid and that flowchart was a bit confusing.

10 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

Why? Are you a horse? > No > You're not a horse.

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Instructions not clear, My squid became a horsechart

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

World of Warcraft is severely misconstrued here. Reflexes and mind are used beyond belief if you actually play

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Whoever made that was obviously a clicker when they played lol. Probably key turned too lol

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

*cringes super hard* I used to play a ret pally

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ah, i played a feral druid. I hate the rotation management with bloodtalons now. It's fucking hard. Never played a pally

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thank you! also "point and click?" it should be "keybind smash"

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I used to play ret pally; rotation management. It burns

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i used to play a fury warrior, i could pretty much roll my face across the keyboard. now im playing a DK not so much .-.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dk has definitely seen some changes! Frost was easy in Dragon Soul, Ret pal was fun! Haven't played in awhile tho!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yee currently rolling a frost DK! loving it, so much fun, warrior gets tedious after while.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck ya

10 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 3

It's probably my favourite turn based RPG, but... "best game ever"?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a tie between that and EarthBound for me.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

If you like Earthbound there's a new game called Undertale you might consider looking into. Heavily inspired by the Mother series.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Felt a little cold following the branch there to FFVI

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

the first one is sometimes wrong... for Team fortress 2 it says there's no lasers, no rocket jump, and no other things! tf2 has all of that!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"Do you plan to play for the next week straight?" --> "no" --> Diablo 2. Wtf? Someone has apparently never played Diablo 2.

10 years ago | Likes 156 Dislikes 2

I spent about a year after I graduated HS on that game.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also, "You want a beautifully crafted Japanese story?" --> "no" --> --> --> Shadow of the Colossus. Fuck off, mate!

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That is the only thing I looked at then scrolled down to see if someone defended D2, countless hours I have spent on D2 and still love it

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Cause Diablo 2 is for life not just one week ..

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That game is the reason my grades tanked in middle school.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

and world of warcraft. u can barely spread shit over one day and then there is nothing to do for a whole week.

10 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 4

Also "point click click click" if you click on wow you're dumb.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That list was probably made in 2009 or something probably earlier even, considering that WoW back then literally needed your life to "work".

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

honestly? not really. you didn't need to raid to enjoy world of warcraft.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But it did take a reasonably long time to get to 60, if you weren't power-leveling.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

fair enough but again you didn't have to hit 60 to enjoy world of warcraft either. level cap wasnt as big a deal back then.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

uh. wat. world of warcraft is the symbol for losing your life to a video game. If you can't find shit to do, you're not trying.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

that used to be the case. nowadays, you're gonna log on on tuesday and have zero shit to do on wednesday thru monday. its why i quit.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It hasn't been that way since Wrath. Dailies? Maybe an hour. Weeklies? Maybe an hour. Raids? One day.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I guess my perspective is a bit different than the average. I'm pushing through mythic, which is 20+ hours a week. Alts, dailies, gold, 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

farming for professions etc, I find I'm busy with the game most every day.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

how about diablo 3?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You mean Path of Exile?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

D2 > PoE >D3

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Have you played diablo 3 recently?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I am currently playing it, never played a diablo game before this, just games like Dungeon Siege 1 and 2 and fate

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hard to recover from a terrible launch. :x

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It has changed almost completely. There are a LOT of good games that have a terrible launch. Give it another chance.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No dragon age on the first one is ridiculous. They fucking nailed my dream RPG with orgins. Also no legend of dragooon?

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm in love with inquisition, wish I had played origins sooner! On my first play through now and getting fucked up

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm replaying inquisition. Very fun game. Origins is such a pure role playing game.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Origins needs so much more thought to your character- inquisition is easy and wonderful and the characters are so easy to connect to-

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I keep romancing the wrong people and getting heart broken however...

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

so, most creative and brain challenging game according to the chart is minecraft. i have my reservations

10 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 3

*cough* Garrys mod *cough*

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't play it myself, but I have seen people getting pretty creative with it.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Yeah but at that rate you can just use tinkercad and make real 3D models

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The creativity is more or less unlimited

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Except if you want to build vehicles. I find From the Depths more fun at the moment, never modded minecraft though

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Someone made a working clock in minecraft, so Id said it does challenge your intellect.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

The game doesn't challenge you whatsoever. You can do whatever you want with it which could include creating a challenge

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I made a working clock on my desk, so I'd say my desk challenges my intellect.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

But that's an objective you make yourself, not one that the game makes for you.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Hence the maximum creativity. It is what you make of it.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Minecraft can be brain challenging once you get in to redstone. also once you have played a while coming up with new builds can be hard

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Redstone is basic gate logic, modded mc is way more challenging ;D

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't find modded mc hard just more time consuming to set things up early game

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd have to disagree, midgame is the worst :D

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That chart just led me back to my favourite games.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I got to Minecraft and then Portal 2. I quit after that cause there's so much but I love those two!

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Assassin's Creed will always be there for you, pal.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But I don't like games with blood/killing.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Dishonored. You are an assassin thingy, but you are rewarded for not killing anyone. And the story is quite nice. Sneak away you scoundrel.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh. Go play Steins;Gate if you like time travel. It's a visual novel.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The gaming one is so wrong

10 years ago | Likes 255 Dislikes 1

Yeah, like, "do you want to spend a week building a base and taming dinosaurs only to have it wrecked in 20 minutes?" -> ARK

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And outdated. There isn't any strategy games. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

hardest game ever DMC3 ? Okay the first one had some pretty unforgiving moments at first, but surely there are much better examples.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Okami's main character male? Lol, no.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Apparently Left 4 Dead 2 doesn't rely on teamplay. I guess I was playing it wrong the whole time!

10 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

To be fair, it seems like at least a quarter of the playerbase constantly is, too.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"do you want to be afraid to use your ammo": Resi 4. I was selling a lot of my ammo by the 2/3 point of that game.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Mass Effect, Skyrim, and Deus Ex all have character leveling!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The suggestion that Grim Fandango DOESN'T have some of the best voice acting and plot of all time makes me see red.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

And the Youtube one. Surely 'Gaming' would have its own segment considering, you know, the biggest Youtuber in the world does games.

10 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

How could they leave out the pewds!!!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I searched the whole list for Civ. What the fuck is wrong with these people.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

But I sure do love those "indi" games like Braid.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yea to get to skyrim you have to say you don't care about leveling up your character

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

That's not far off.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

no dark souls, no go

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Do you want to play possibly the greatest game of all time? No? FFVI." Seems a little off to me

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And not a lick of EVE Online. Anyone who likes MMOs should experience EVE.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I love mmos but eve is for autists. Best afk simulator around though

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do enjoy breaking your legs? ----> ARMA

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Do you enjoy getting stabbed? -----> DarkSouls

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's sad how wrong it is, I did not see dark souls on there at all...

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

right?! You have to answer "no" to wanting to solve puzzles in order to get to the zelda games; how bass ackwords is that?

10 years ago | Likes 94 Dislikes 2

I said the same thing for some of the RPGs

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But 'Tetris' is somehow a puzzle game?!

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I couldn't even find zelda on that chart

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Melee is button mashable? LMAO

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

the same goes for Tombraider

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was looking for someone to post this. Water temple anyone?

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I never understood why people think the water temple was hard. It was a lot of backtracking but nothing absurdly difficult for a 12 year old

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It was backtracking through areas that looked VERY similar, and a lot of "hidden in plain sight" things. It was needlessly hard.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

List does not include MOBA Games OR any SC2

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

RTS and MOBA should be on that list. along with FPS they are the largest genres in gaming. Just look at the ESPORTS.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"maximum creativity" takes you immediately to minecraft? Fuck that

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

Needs littlebigplant

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

exactly! Add in a few more choices at least

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Right!!!!!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#1 at this point is pretty damn dated.

10 years ago | Likes 61 Dislikes 0

I ask myself if I want to play a new game, then I say yes. Then I end up playing Chrono Trigger, OoT, Bioshock or cooking mama again.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And what's with WoW being under the "avoid using brain" category? There's shitloads of math and theorycraft going into mythic content.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Probably because a very tiny portion of the population goes into mythic content?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's not really a problem though, good video games typically don't stop being good over time...

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But some are just purely outdated. Like Gran Turismo 3 and Fallout 2. They have well-received sequels and new competitors

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I hae to say I don't agree with AC3 being in there, instead of one of the far superior prequels

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You're talking about assassin's creed, right? Because I see AC2 written there, which totally was the best game in the series, IMHO

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I thought I saw AC3 there, but then again I've just had an eye operation so could go either way. AC2 was the best but i like AC:B loads too

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh yeah, haha I group 2 and brotherhood together in my mind, I forget they were separate games. Basically, I loved the Ezio series

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, it's a shame they got shorter as they went on, 2 was longest, Brotherhood was shorter, Revelations shorter still, but best stories

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0
