Using the selfie day thing to make a psa. Excuse the vanity moment but this is my first make up free, filter free selfie I have posted in years. My entire life I had great skin. One of the many things I didn't know about motherhood was that it would destroy my skin. But after years of struggling with horrible rosacea and acne, a friend finally suggested something I would have never thought of, washing my face with head and shoulders. I shit you not. The results were astounding and I am so happy. I am sharing in the hopes that this weird bit of info helps someone else!
I use it before bed every night. I put it on a soft facial brush, gentle wash in circular motions. Repeat again in the morning. #acnecure
