Wat

38 Clock=2 Banana=3 Thingy=11 Use Pemdas, 2+3+3x11=?? 2+3+33=?? 2+36=?? 38

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

35, assuming each shape = 5, each banana = 1 & the clock hour = value.

Crazy how many different answers people are getting

Nope, 69... v

47. The last shape is not the same as the others.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

Psst. None are.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I see that now lol

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

...seems.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

35? Or 67 if you don't calculate the missing bananas, different shape of the polygon and the clock showing 2 instead of 3. If the polygon

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is worth 15, then you can assume that each shape inside of the original polygon is worth 5. one less shape inside of the original one makes

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The bananas have 4 in a bunch. We assume the bananas are worth 4 due to the equation. The last question has 3 bananas instead of 4. So we

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

3 + 4 + 4 x 15 = 67

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Which sadly doesn't account for the changes on the pictures.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Isn't it 19? The clock is pointed at 2, not three. The pictures of bananas are three in each bunch. And there's a pentagon inside a hexagon.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I concur

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Actually it's cause it's times

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So 2+3+3×10=35?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The answer is always 42

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Give me a day or so, I will come up with a way to justify it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

3 hex = 45; hex = 15. two ban + 15 = 23; ban = 4; 4 + 2 clock = 10; clock = 3; 3+4+4+15=26

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

67 guys and gals. Remember bidmas

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

BEDMAS gives 38: 2+3+3*11 = 2+3+33 = 38

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

19?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Frick, didn't see the × . 88

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

67

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nvm. 38

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The answer is: back to facebook you go

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Gonna say 88? Each banana worth 1 point (bunch of 4=4/bunch of 3=3) clock worth what time it says, complex shape = how many sides total.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That would make it 38. Remember order of operations, multiply first. If the bananas and clock were in parentheses, it would be 88.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

38*, not 88

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

First it is 15 for the first shape that's how many points are in the shape then there are 4 bananas plus 4 bananas plus the shape worth 15

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Which equal 23 then you have the 4 bananas again and clocks with the time on 3 representing amount 3

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

But in the last problem it changes from 4 bananas to 3 and the clock to 2 and the shape now only has 11 points so do your pemdas and it's 38

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Credit to Calvin6x7 for he was the first person I saw who had it

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

2+3+3*11=38 (clock in the last set is at 2o'clock not 3, only 3 bananas per bunch not 4, only 11 sides in the polygon not 15)

Thanks for giving us so many of your wrong answer so we can down vote each one

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also, if the results were x=15, y=4, and z=3, the answer would be 67 not 52. 3+4+(4*15)=67. But the values are changed, so it doesn't matter

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Did you not read my comment? The values are different in the last line. It's a trick question.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2+3+3*11=88 learn math son.

67 by your own math which isn't following the pictures so is based on wrong asumptions to begin with.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

PEMDAS, bitch.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Or maybe you learn some fucking order of operations

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Order of operations, 3x11 goes first

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I was going by shapes, not the sides of the shapes. Tricky but nicely done.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's either 35 or 38 there is simply not enough information to go on.

Actually, 3(3x) or 3(15X) = 45, 3X or 15X +2(4Y)= 23, Y=1, 3(z)+2(4Y*(3X or 15X) = 10 Z = 1. If pay attention you will notice why.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh also, even if you were right up to the last yo uare wrong. 3+4+4*15 = 67

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

165

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 5

Thats what I thought too. I think our order of operations was off.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What Seymour said

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nvm after further inspection that is wrong

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2+3+(3*10) = 35

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nope take back every other reply I've made you are the most correct I mathsed wrong

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The real issue is; we don't know if all clocks are 1:1 or all bananas or all shapes are 5:1....

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck this post sooooo much

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Omg no even that's wrong

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, that's correct.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No because the shape is 11 not 10

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It depends. If you count sides it's 11. If you count the shapes it's 10. I counted shapes but it seems sides would be the most likely.
