Cassette is getting close to Babylonian, as most players have rubber belts and mechanical parts that age over time and fail.

I used to have a dcc player made by philips, that will play analog An digital tapes. But somehow i can't find it anymore.

Find a good old player that still has parts available and fix it, find somebody with a player and have them dub to CDR

Then it wouldn't be a mixed tape. It would be a mixed CD. NOT 6 MINUTE ABS! 7 MINUTE ABS!
