Same. I used to buy Jolly Ranchers for 2c and sell for a nickel. Bazooka gum was about the same. Limon was around 1c and you could get 10c.
I made stress balls.. had a jell pen tattoo company... Just trying to supply a demand for the people! Not aloud at schoo
Also, cinammon toothpicks could turn a 5c into 25c. This was the upside of having to walk to school: stopping at the liquor store daily.

Do things that are illegal need to be in the handbook? Laws apply to kids, too, the enforcement is just the responsibility of others.
Selling candy is not illegal.
It's food. You need a permit to sell food because hygiene, labelling etc.
Prepared food only in most states.
Ah. Didn't know that. But what about selling in general without registering a business? Taxes?
