I used to sell drawn on rectangular pieces of paper (bookmarks) at my elementary school for 10 cents. Never got in trouble once.

Same. I used to buy Jolly Ranchers for 2c and sell for a nickel. Bazooka gum was about the same. Limon was around 1c and you could get 10c.

It's food. You need a permit to sell food because hygiene, labelling etc.
