My eye is somewhat trained by years photographing professionally, and considerable exposure to highest quality work, the make up ads in the top women's magazines. I know what plumped lips, eyelash extensions and top level makeup look like. There is something else there that disturbs me, sort of a selective sharpness in key areas, not exactly like Sharpening. I'm not up to date on current filters and photo manipulation as AI and other technologies advance, but the woman does not look right to me.
