Good fucking luck, we had a Christmas corner at the same time we set up Halloween stuff last year a Target. We hate it too.

These are the heroes we need.

When they show signs Christmas before Thanksgiving is what really pisses me off.

If you put Santa Claus up before the Wicked Witch of The West... YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE!

I just stopped working at Walmart they put Halloween crap out at the beginning of September. Shit drives me crazy.

Did you just assume my celebrated holiday in December?!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I know someone who is going on the naughty list!

I'm a manager at a retail store, we put christmas out last week. I hate it so much it is honestly the worst part about this job

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I walked into a store today that had both Halloween and Christmas decor out already...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

any time after 4th of march is acceptable for christmas.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Here is a thought, if people want to put it up early so be it, if you don't then don't. Stop being a whiny shit about it either way!

We just got 2 boxes of Christmas stuff in, on October 1st

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

GIVE HALLOWEEN A CHANCE!!!!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

IT'S ALWAYS CHRISTMAS IN MY HEART

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

That's great and I LOVE Christmas too! In December. But I hate, hate, HATE when people try to make it happen already. It makes it less special

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Except the decision to set up comes from the top. We don't get to make the decision to put stuff out or not.

As someone who works in retail: sorry...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Premature decoration.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Can hardly wait till "Grandma gets run over by a reindeer."

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Finally a cause I can stand behind!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Finally!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Say it with your dollar. If people didn't buy xmas decorations this early and they wouldn't sell them this early.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I hate it when I see Xmas themed food in august. That said, I do admit I have 1 xmas song on my playlist year round, just because it rocks.

Christmas at Ground Zero? The Night Santa Went Crazy?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh that reminds me, time to start hanging the lights.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good idea - I'll hang myself with christmas lights. (great Halloween decoration, btw)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Finally a movement that I can get behind

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Walmart employee here. Saw Christmas stuff on the floor half way through September.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Retail stores just obey the Corporate schedule.

Friend said last night she wants to put her tree up & I'm like wtf is wrong with you, it's Oct 1st! Her husband said he would not help her

9 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 1

I hate decorating for all the consecutive holidays! I rather decorate for Christmas to set it and forget it for 4 months

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Yup I decorate my Christmas tree and ornaments in November and don't put them away until the end of February.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

wouldn't it dry out and catch on fire by thanksgiving??

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Probably a fake tree

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

A fake ass white tree & she has a 2yr old, not sure why she would want to deal with that headache longer than she has to

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Oh oh oh!!! This SCREAMS "photoshop me" because that sign...mmmm *uNf*

As a former retail employee; for every person that complains about Christmas too early, we have one complaining that it is not out in July.

9 years ago | Likes 219 Dislikes 3

It also takes a lot to setup the displays!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wst

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm both those people in one. Perhaps this is why I'm fat. I need room to be crazy xmas lady and traditional, classy xmas lady.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I love the ones coming in on 2nd December looking for advent calenders. Always good to shop ahead!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I feel like Halloween tries it's best to squeeze itself in. Usually though, I see Christmas stuff 11/1.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We set ours before September ended. Had a customer complain that Christmas came too early with a cart full of Christmas items.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sep 1st the Walmart here had pallets of halloween stuff brought out to fill shelves. Xmas stuff was already on a shelf at the back.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

For our local one it was August. Start of freakin' August and we had plastic pumpkins mocking us. Kids weren't even in school yet.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I managed seasonal dept at Lowe's, first week of Oct is when we set up Christmas stuff.. Don't miss it

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

As a store owner, i get more complaints about "where are (insert random christmas product)? what you dont have them yet?!" this happens sep

9 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 1

July! I like to see Holly and ornaments in July

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

September is the time to make Christmas puddings/cakes so they mature in time for Xmas. I guess some people want to mature store bought.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

TIL I've been eating immature cakes

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

cakeophile?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Exactly, there is an obnoxious group that loves to tell people they are done shopping in September.

9 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

jesus christ I find these people annoying, as a rule of thumb i set it up at the end of october becouse hallowed first THEN christmas

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

But... Thanksgiving

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

we dont have that stuff in Norway :P

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

People just want to buy them earlier because they think it'll be cheaper.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

They are cheap the week after xmas

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

That's when I buy all my candy canes. Delicious minty crack.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I buy early so I can wrap early and enjoy the holidays with my family rather than in lines at the mall...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I can't wait until you discover internet shopping for the first time. Wait as long as you want and spend no time in lines!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I do some of it online, but I prefer seeing things before I buy them (sometimes will see in store/buy online later).
