No. From Gen 3 onwards, shininess had no effect on stats. In Gen 2, a shiny was determined by IVs, which meant all shinies had bad poor IVs.

A Pokémon can be shiny and have shit stats, or you may get lucky and get a perfect shiny. It's all rng.

the time in the new game wasn't tagged as Shiny, so it hatched normal. Unless you can trade eggs now or something, idk. Could just be a bug.
