I have this many eggs that go out of date tomorrow
I'm not bad at gypsy toast
My microwave scrambled egg is a travesty
My pan scrambled egg is not too shabby.
I have peppers, milk, steak, prawns, ham, beef mince, bacon, cheddar, onions carrots.
What can I make other than a big ass omelette and chuck it all in?

Eggs in a border...cut out the center of the bread and put on frying pan...crack the egg inside(break yolk or don't) 1/2

You could make a frittata, or several different kinds of soup. If you had some tortillas you could make tacos.
