I was thinking of buying that bow. How do you like it?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Damn Hanzo mains...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ok OP but can we talk about that weird glass thing on the bottom shelf next to it?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are you a shrine maiden?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I hope you have fun Katpiss Neverclean.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I want one but then I look at my bank account and realize I also want to eat.

"I am ready to unleash the dragons!" - OP's Hanzo Cosplay

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Katniss.. you're my only hope.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But what's the cute lil dragon guy thingy

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Chill out Katpiss nevergreen.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Get some cat whiskers on there. Shoot with silence.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How accurate are your shots while riding Epona?

Holy carp i have the same bow! I love it soo much, and as you get used to the pull you can easilly change the poundage pull!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good bow. I have to 70lb limbs (i think) and the 45lb. Will go through a deer.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Make helical feathers. Huge huge difference.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks good, OP. Love the quiver :)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I also have a sage you should think about getting some beaver balls and a rest. Ill send my set up

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

https://imgur.com/drLUKW9 you shouldn't shoot plastic vanes of the shelf it throws off the accuracy

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I like the dragon in the picture. You must take it with you on your killing journey.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Hell yea, he can scout for me on the sneak, like some type of fugly hawk

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Ditch that plastic fletching please

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Probably will, i have feathers but the elevated rest lets me use more economically priced arrows for now.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Holy crap I have the same bow! But I just shoot targets in back yard haha

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

What arrow rest? I'm looking for a good one for my Martin Saber

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And no whisker biscuits. Tried, didn't like.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Called a shoot around rest. I forget the maker. Just a piece of plastic that that flexes when you shoot, like a flipper

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tiny Octopus is curious what type of broadheads you use.

9 years ago | Likes 129 Dislikes 14

Tiny Octopus is going leviathan hunting, for the Deep Ones must tremble before him. Good luck on your hunt, little mollusk!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Only the broadest of heads my good sir!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Either stingers or zwickey, either way its gonna be 2 blade

9 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 1

Weight?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Zwickey's for life!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

HOLY SHIT TINY OCTOPUS!!!

9 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 6

Is it really a rare thing to see?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Lately yes.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just tried to figure out how many bows an octopus could use at once while standing.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I'm going with 3.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

3 pairs of arms and 2 to stand with? I like it.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Just curious, why recurve instead of compound?

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

Recurve is more fun in my opinion. Makes me feel like an elf or something. I'm a doctor.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Compounds take the manliness out of archery imo. Might as well use a crossbow

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Flys further maybe?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

Eh No, less energy translating into the arrow with a recurve compared to the new compounds.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Its more quiet.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Compound bows make a 100lb draw feel like 20lb or so when the bow is fully pulled back. Which effectively makes them more powerful.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Compound bows have a let-off at the last bit usually so you're not holding the full draw weight while aiming. Recurves don't.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This makes a recurve require a lot more strength and skill as you are holding the maximum draw the entire time you're aiming.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have a compound, recurve is probably gonna be more difficult so i wanna try it.

9 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 2

Good luck amigo. Went hunting with my recurve and only got a hare who was too stupid for its own good.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I also suggest muzzy broadheads

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

no probably about it. compound was invented to make it easier to hold drawn, something you need to do while hunting

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Recurve is more difficult, but if you know how to shoot naturally you will be fine

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

What do you mean, shoot naturally? I have 3 receives that were given to me and I want to learn to fire quick and accurately

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

(1/2)Well, as it was described to me, shooting naturally is without assistance or sights, and not using a release, but I can see from your

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

(2/2)bow and setup, that isn't an issue. I hunt using recurve and compound, I think compound is easier, but I like the primitive recurve too

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

What are you hunting? Orcs?

9 years ago | Likes 135 Dislikes 0

Are you not?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well the hobbits aren't getting out of Isengard by themselves.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Ops sense of humor is like the bow itself.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Strung?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Misread that as "orcas." Was intrigued to find that was a thing.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Orca whale hunting with a bow and arrow? OP isn't Chuck Norris

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Mostly deer and turkey. Gotta be within 20 yds with my current skill.

9 years ago | Likes 53 Dislikes 4

If you're stand hunting practice while you're elevated. Being 20+ feet up will throw you off if you are shooting instinctively.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 3

What about orcs?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I imagine the rules of war are quite close to hunting.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

That's not hunting. That's target shooting with live targets.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 10

Soooo... hunting.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Not climbing up into a blind.Actually going out into bush to track your kill.Waiting for the kill to come to you is a bullshit way to hunt.
