This teaser, first shown in 2013, is the only thing ever shown despite development heavy under way. It's been absent form all gaming shows since. I wouldn't expect it out before late 2017.

In a scene in Witcher 3, Ciri describes her stay in a world that sounds suspiciously like the Cyberpunk universe, so there's hope for a cameo.

The (amazing) song in the teaser is "Bullets" by Archive.

There's talk about several vehicles being usable in the game, so maybe we're going to be able to fly this thing.

In a take of "Cybernetics eat your soul", when you get too many augmentations you might one day randomly lose control and butcher anyone around you with weapons your implants spontaneously developed. There is no way to know where your individual limit is before it happens.

A special police task force is tasked with handling such cases.

This game is supposed to be even bigger than Witcher 3. Let's pray to the God Emperor of Mankind and The Flying Spaghetti Monster that CDPR can keep up their game.

2017. He said don’t expect it until 2017. Hahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaaaahhhhhaaaaaahahaha.

It's been too long, I'm ready to be let down if anything.

Cyberpunk 2020.

I've lost more time in witcher 3 then ds3 and this looks like blade runner and kavinsky face fucking in the house of king midas.

so....deus ex?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You mean the game that's seemingly too ambitious to the point that they need aid in funding it? I'll keep my hype/excitement in check.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

CDPR know how to craft a living, breathing world like very few other devs, so fuck yes, I'm excited to see what they come up with.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

OH GEEZE IS IT FINALLY COMING OUT. AFTER LIKE 6 YEARS

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I was very "meh" about this until I played through The Witcher 3. Now it's one of my most anticipated games and I can't wait to see more.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'll be excited when they give me anything other than a teaser. They are not exempt from my skepticism of the industry.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Nope

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Please don't hype like this. Have you learned nothing?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I don't know what a cyber punko is but I'll buy anything from CD Projekt Red.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

the devs have said this game is ready when it's ready so don't expect it until 2077.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Cdpr know what they're doing. I'll pick it up

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Just whatever you do, don't preorder!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is a movie right? Cuz I don't see any gameplay

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

cinematic teaser trailer for an unfinished game

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Deus ex: I did ask for this

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i remeber this was gonna come out in 2012

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

yeah CDPR is the one developer which I'll gladly pre order games from, all of them have been amazing from the start, no need for day one

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

patches or DLC, and any dlc they make have contained dozens of hours of new gameplay so far. no shitty slices like EA

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Meh. I'll get excited when there's some substance. I've learned not to get hyped over a teaser trailer and promises when it comes to games.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Seriously people never learn, once this comes out theres going to be posts about how much they hate it

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just wondering if the grants they applied for this game means somethings going on internally in CDPR.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I never understood the witcher. I tried the second and third game and it just felt really clunky to play.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It's not the Rocksteady Batman series when it comes to combat, that's for sure, but for me the immersiveness of the world overcomes that.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I got around halfway through 3 and left it aside. Felt quite repetitive to me, particularly the combat. Beautiful game though!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah the visuals are stunning

Yeah I got to lvl 40 and really enjoyed building the weapons etc., Gwent, the baron's story and the grittier missions. I will go back to it!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hoping they don't pull a retarded move like they did with witcher 3, show PCMR glorious graphics, then hack it off because of consoles.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

They will do it if they have to again cause they know that they are going to get more cash from consoles. money changees everyone

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't know, I think the backlash was pretty severe the first time around, you know the saying "Fool me once." and all that.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

nope the players are dumb and blind as fuck especially the witcher fans they wont let you complain about anything and will down vote you

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

For PC only?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Take the Witcher 3 as an example they won't make this Pc exclusive they even downgraded the Pc version because of the consoles so it's not

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The hype is real. Hadn't heard about this but looks amazing

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

just one thing to keep in mind DON'T ever preorder even if you trust the developers

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Color me hyped.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Is that some where in between cyan and magenta?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

...actually, that's kinda what I imagined. Like electric blue.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hmm Electric Blue sounds like a jazz band.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I will be stoked when I see some gameplay.

9 years ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 1

Well it might take a while as I've been waiting for 3 years and nothing's changed

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To be fair, these guys have the best track record in game development right now. I have faith in them

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

With the ghoul and technological themes, it really reminds me of Shadowrun. The settings are pretty similar.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Almost the same year as well.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ha I thought the same.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Shadowrun claims its inspiration from Neuromancer, but came out a year after Cyberpunk 2013, and is essentially Cyberpunk with Magic.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You've... You've never heard of the tabletop version? It came out long before this game was even a thought.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

First edition shadowrun tabletop was released in 1989. Cyberpunk 2013 was released in 1988.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hey, you learn something new everyday.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Man, I can't wait to not be able to run this game.

9 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 2

Could it run on 4GB Ram, a dual core 2.5GHz cpu, and a GTS 450 w/ 1GB VRAM?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Can you even run Minecraft with that? If your computer is THAT bad you probably don't have money for games.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It hasn't really been a priority because it runs most of the games I like, but I have been putting aside money to build my own pc.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thats awesome to hear! Building gaming PCs is one of my fav hobbies. If it is your first one let me know if you have questions.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's basically a hand-me-down from my brother

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

CDPR knows how to make a good game. Fallout 1 and 2 were my favorite game series but nowadays witcher series are the best for me.

9 years ago | Likes 198 Dislikes 3

You're basically me.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I love the Witcher 3. Cant play it thou due to its dark nature (depression) :/

Yes,finished it and I know that Wasteland was an inspiration for the Fallout games. Good game.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I just tried to play the updated skyrim. The witcher has ruined it for me. Still a classic. But the progress made is astounding

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Hmm. I wish that were so. Coming to you from 2021...this game was only so so.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They know how to make Witcher games, Ill give you that.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Alongside knowing how to get them out there. GOG was their best idea yet alongside its indie fund

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Lets hope they won't become valve.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Whats wrong with Valve? Apart from their lack of giving a shit about Greenlight

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They have steam and that's it. Ever heard about Half Life 3?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I thought this post meant something new had been announced. ={

9 years ago | Likes 113 Dislikes 1

There has been some kind of new details from CD applying for a grant. Which include confirmed multiplayer and vehicles being designed.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

Oh boy multiplayer the one thing I didn't want ={ Witcher and elder scrolls are my escape games.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 3

It's not going to be forced multiplayer most likely and ESO is actually really good.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It likely won't be a necessary or forced feature just an additional one. CD is a good company and I'd trust them. They want to try new shit.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well, if it's optional (as in invite a friend/be invited by a friend) and no need to play MP to get everything, it should be OK.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Inviting a friend to play would be pretty sweet, especially if its open world.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well if it is mp like a drop in / out co-op like saints row 3/4 i'd be really happy

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

On the grant they said that they are developing "seamless multiplayer" whatever that means. (I seriously have no clue)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think something in the vain of the division mayhaps

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Likely something like dark souls or watch dogs 2 or some other integrated, but not necessary for the game feature.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Before anyone jumps to conclusions, they didn't apply for the grant because they're broke, it's basically just free money from the govt

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Yea damn only having so limited characters I should have mentioned that lol thank you for that annotation.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I got you, bro
