Cats of war: the story.

Winter 2014. Ukrainian marines from 63 brigade in the war zone, Eastern Ukraine, picked up two little stray kittens.

They were fitted with the brigade berets and called "Grad" and "Uragan" (Hurricane) after Russian multiple-launch rocket systems.

Military service is like this.

And it can be tough.
