Trump’s deportees arriving in El Salvador with no due process and in violation of a federal court order

There is no evidence (other than what the Trump administration says) that these are gang members or violent offenders. Even if there was they should have the right to die process so evidence can be presented. That's how a democracy should work.

This is the natural progression after 911 and detentions at Guantanamo and now El Salvador is being used to avoid American laws at unprecedented scale
