Your concern for safety is however appreciated. I live in Illinois and we’ve had a bad run this year of state troopers being killed on our highways. Move over and slow the fuck down when you see people on the side of the road.

In MN, a truck that small (<26k lbs) only requires a regular license and a DOT health card. You can drive (inTRAstate) for 150mile radius.
