Tupac was so young

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My dad God James Brown's autograph at London airport just as he literally boarded his plane and then does shortly after.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You literally took all this from a Diply page and reposted it.

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Bored Panda has this exact same post too

All I can think is DAMN I'm older than most of these people and I've done nothing with my life

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Something about that chester bennington one... with him smiling and his kids in the picture....it really hits harder then any of the others

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I still can't believe Alan Rickman is dead.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Man that porsche in the James dean photo has zero safety features...

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But it looks sooo nice. But yeah Porsche is a celebrity killer.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That is very definitely not the last photo of Robin Williams.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Prince weighed 90 lbs at his death. Friends needed to have stepped up, you know when's someone's dramatically underweight.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Fentanyl? What was Prince taking Fentanyl for? Isn't that stuff for extremely severe pain?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hip pain, possibly. He needed hip replacement, but it's not known whether he actually did. It's also not known how he got the fentanyl.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Both hips needed to be replaced, but he was a Jehovah's Witness and wouldn't consent to having a blood transfusion during the surgery.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Except that hip surgery doesn't require blood transfusions. I found elsewhere that he did have the surgery in 2007.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He had terrible hip issues that cause him severe, chronic pain

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

How come Tupac's photo is dated the 8th if he died on the 7th?

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

The internal clock on the camera could be off.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This was back in the day when a camera were a more common thing instead of cellphones, many cameras didn't have an accurate date/time stamp.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

A lot of people on this list died at 27...

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

Welp..I'm 26 turning 27 in 2 months

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a club you never want to join.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Currently 63 people on the list of the "27 Club" - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/27_Club

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I️ both can and can’t believe that’s a thing

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Is it bad that I've forgotten that a lot of these people have died? I honestly can't keep up. So many young folks too. So much talent...

8 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 1

I have a theory they just reached a level of the game you know the way to force quit and they like where all eff this the Earth is melting

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

It’s only gonna get worse, all the boomers that invented modern music are about to start kicking hard.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

James Dean ran into Alec Guinness a week before at a restaurant, and showed off the Porsche. Guinness warned him that if he got into (1)

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

the car that night (Dean had just bought it), he'd be dead in a week.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Did he also mention how the blast points were too accurate for sand people?

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Nah, he was too busy longing for the vanished gardens of Córdoba and asked Dean who taught him to play the balalaika.

#27 Mold. She died of Black Fungal Mold. Her boyfriend died of the same, 3-4 months later

8 years ago | Likes 136 Dislikes 20

Source?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's insane.

8 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 2

Crazy. I didn’t know she died

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

To this day that is a possible cause, however not proven. Both her parents have flip flopped on what they say caused it. Officially it was

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

what was stated in the post, and has never officially changed. The husband, not boyfriend, died almost 6 months later. Same official cause.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Wow! I didn't know the boyfriend died too.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Husband, and by then he was sharing her mom's bed...

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Sharing her moms bed meaning?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Literally. He was sleeping next to her mom in her mom's bed when he died; his stuff was in its own nightstand on 'his side', per her mom.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

So were they doing ... well you know...were there relations?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The coroner dismissed that as a cause

8 years ago | Likes 49 Dislikes 6

An attempt to make it seem like it wasn't drug related

8 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 3

later it was reopened and proved to be black mold after her bf died

8 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

Source?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

FYI black mold can be killed with isopropal alcohol but if its in your house its in the walls

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

The Alan Rickman one made me sad :( his death broke my heart.

8 years ago | Likes 49 Dislikes 4

Mine too.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'd forgotten he had died, sucks to find out a second time :/

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Tesla actually died aboard the Death Star during conclusion of the Battle of Yavin.

8 years ago | Likes 197 Dislikes 5

Also false, he survived that terrorist attack went into hiding, and changed his identity to "Snoke"

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

False. Had Tesla been aboard DS1.0, he would have overseen construction and it wouldn't have had that exploitable weak point.

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

Unless Tesla was a decent human being (which I think he was) that would have built in that weakness himself, just like Galen Erso did.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

The main weapon suddenly fails, sputtering to a halt. Tesla, without looking at Vader, says "No one being should have such power"

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

And then Vader is cloned and the clone appears somewhere else and it seems like he has found the secret to teleportation, but in reality, >

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

the clone that remains behind is being drowned.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Now is that the same Crystal the monkey who he starred alongside with in the Night at the Museum films?

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

That's what I was thinking

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I've met Crystal a few times and I'm pretty sure that's her. She doesn't belong to Williams like the post says though.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I was thinking he named it after Billy. Guess not.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I still miss Tupac.

8 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 4

It weirds me out that at 26 I am older than Tupac will ever be. I feel like I have accomplished nothing.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Tupac & Kobain, so much musical greatness that they still had left in them. Gone but never forgotten.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Pac could have been president

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Surprised not to see Paul Walker

Taken minutes before the fatal accident.

Who was driving??...asking for my pet deer.

It seems that being a celebrity goes hand in hand with sadness.

8 years ago | Likes 104 Dislikes 6

And drugs

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Much like comedians

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

It seems that being alive goes hand in hand with sadness.

8 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

Thousands of celebrities live fine for decades despite addictions. Look at Keith Richards. It's just sad because you know the ones who die.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I wonder what the non-natural death rate is for celebrities. It does seem to be higher than average, especially overdoses.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well, a ton of people die like this every day and nobody gives a shit. Life goes hand in hand with sadness.

8 years ago | Likes 105 Dislikes 3

People care, but celebrities are known by many more people than the average person, so they are treated as more important by the media.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Robin Williams is the only celebrity I've ever been genuinely depressed from passing away.

8 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 1

Me too????

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I cried when he died

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Me too. I’ll be the same with Billy Connolly too.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Mine was Bowie. I cried when he passed.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Second to Jim Henson for me.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

poor Freddie, the disease that took his life also robbed him of his innate gay fashion sense

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

You say that as if floral print shirts and old-man slacks are unfashionable.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I think you're missing the most important part: The disease took his fantastic iconic mustache. FUCK AIDS!

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

fuck, that's even worse, those microscopic mustache thieves

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

The Anton Yelchin one still pisses me off. He was such an entertaining actor who died from something so avoidable and frankly dumb

8 years ago | Likes 676 Dislikes 4

I'm still not over that one. One of my favorite actors, ever since Hearts In Atlantis.

8 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 1

Season two of Troll Hunters is coming out next month. Pretty sure it's the last thing he recorded before his death. Decently show, it's fun.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I'm gunna be so sad when I watch that, it's such a great show and I don't think they would be able to replace him.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I like how they called the photo a "self portrait." I guess it's too embarrassing to say it's the last selfie they took before they died.

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 41

Self portrait is just the actual term for it.. selfie is just slang..

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I mean that's what "selfie" is a colloquialism for. It's short slang for 'self portrait'.

8 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 0

I didnt even know he died. This night just took a bad turn for me.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Yeah, freak accident aka faulty gear shift that should have been recalled. Pisses me off too

8 years ago | Likes 82 Dislikes 0

Poor design, but ultimately operator error. It's like the Trek QR skewer recall a few years back: problems are all down to operator error.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

The John Lennon/David Chapman one pisses me off. Hits close to home because David Chapman is my dads cousin, never met Chapman myself but1/2

8 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 2

I've met his parents since they're my dads aunt and uncle. 2/2

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Wo tough legacy...I’ll never understand what madness drove him to kill Lennon

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The Jared leto movie Chapter 23 is a good sort of explanation but not really. The dude was claiming he was inspired by catcher in the rye

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Mental illness is a vile mistress

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

His parents are still involved in the lawsuit on that I think. I read that the recall letter showed up 2-3 weeks after the accident!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Jesus. ?

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Could someone elaborate. I understand now that the keep had a faulty gear shift but what does it mean between a brick mail post & security/1

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

gate? I keep thinking of one that rolls sideways so he'd have to have rolled down at an awkward angle and then the rolling gate would have/2

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Had to be absurdly strong to break through a car./3

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He was pinned between the post of the fence and the car. I’d guess a big stone or brick post.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Thank you. I understood the first explanation as him being in the car and it rolling back.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The Jeep he had was part of a recall. The gear shifter would pop into neutral, and rollaway.

8 years ago | Likes 244 Dislikes 4

Still, it's pretty easy not to drive a Jeep.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 6

I thought it was that it was easy to mistakenly not put it in park, but think you had? Never heard anything about popping out of gear.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

E brake should always be applied.

8 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 9

What the f*** is with Americans and not putting their hand brake on?! I used to live in conditions around -45*c and my brakes never froze 1

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

As I was told they would by people who refused to use hand brake (E brake) all year round. Just use it!!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Never knew that happened. I live in Alaska.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I always do it. I can't stand when my fiancee doesn't apply the ebrake.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Pisses me off so much when my coworkers refuse to set the parking brake in our automatic transmission fleet vehicles.

8 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 2

Is it not standard procedure at your work?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They'll set the air brakes in the commercial trucks, but the pickups, nope, they just put it in park (And yes, we've had accidents from it.)

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1
