It's just how they like it to be fast. Still need 3 ppl per tire (1 deals with bolt, 1 removes old tire, 1 adds new tire). 1/2

The entire crew can be at least 20 ppl with one single job for the pit stop. In the end they can do it all in 2-3 seconds or so.
