I can't like this enough. Keep it up and do a 3k, then a 5k and look back at your 1k route and relish in your accomplishments! Trust me.

Awesome! I was a smoker. Couldn’t run for 2 minutes. Been 4 years quit and running 45 minutes at a time. Keep going! Get good shoes too.

Don’t stop. I started like this. Did 10k a bunch of times. Then stopped for various reasons. I’m back at square 1 again, and it’s terrible.

I run long distance sort of things, if I can give some advice, never run 2 days in a row if you can. Allow your body (and mind to rest). 1/2

Noted, I run monday wednesday and fridays seeing as thats when I'm in the gym. I'm also working on fat loss as well.
