We decided to make a full english breakfast inside a duck egg shell. From bottom to top: boiled and seasoned borlotti beans, fried mushroom bits, roasted tomberries made into a puree, scrambled duck eggs, crispy bacon lardons all topped with chives.

There are borlotti beans at the bottom, but they didn't add much, so we're thinking of just adding a few real baked beans next time :)
