I've seen the video from a few angles - it's a bit hard to tell because most are either grainy or a little obstructed.
My take is that contact was made (it looks like he was already leaning on the hood when she gave it gas), but that he was already off to the side and basically got shoved. He didn't even fall down.
He certainly wasn't "run over" by any reasonable use of that term.
