This isn't debate club though, his logic doesn't need to be ironclad. This is also a civil lawsuit. Pleasing the fifth can be construed as guilt. Similarly, playing "she's not my type" and then superimposed with proof that she was his type does a lot to the credibility of his defense

The alleged assault took place in the 1990s and, as I understand the fact, she didn't tell the police or anyone else and wasn't reported until she had a book coming out and Trump was the President. Not to mention her case is being backed by a major Democratic donor. Would like to see him lose this but those issues taint her case a bit.

That’s correct. Just before the trial started Trump’s legal team tried to delay it by saying “Now he’s ready to submit to a DNA test”. The judge saw through it, called it out for being a delaying technique, and said too fucking late, the trial will begin as scheduled.
