He did a great job playing Abe.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

No, I've heard of him because imgur reposts this every couple months.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

You reposted... so yes we know.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Like Andy Serkis with makeup instead of CGI.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

It's a crime to the heavens for even a while, to hide for a moment that beautiful smile.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

...and Cochise in "Falling Skies".

And I am Son of Pencilhead

We erase crime!

"pencil head in mystery man" you can't trick me that's ALL STAR

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Haha beat me to it. :)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So... this guy is to Del Toro what Depp is to Burton?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Were on imgur. We've all heard of him.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wish I could read it.....

He was too good in fear itself. Nightmares of windogos still.

I love you for this. +1

Silver Surfer should have been awesome on the big screen...

Today I learned why skinny people seem untrustworthy

9 years ago | Likes 84 Dislikes 2

Quiet you, he was an outstanding father as Pencil Head

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Looking in windows, knocking on doors... They need to take seven and they might take yours...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Seriously want him to play Slenderman in a cheesy horror film. Or cosplaying Jack Skellington just for shits and giggles.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

That episode of Buffy was nominated for an Emmy. Those silent demons "The Gentlemen" were wonderfully creepy. I knew he did a lot, but wow.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

"Some demon in Buffy" That's one of The Gentlemen you nube

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

That was by far the freakiest episode of that show IMO

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

never heard of? False! Try listening to his interviews on the nerdiest podcast

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Also, if you're a fan of Face Off you've definitely heard of him.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Guillermo Del Toro is my favorite living filmmaker. Of course I've heard of Doug Jones!

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

Yeah I've been studying him in Spanish this year and he is incredible. The detail within the films especially Pan's labyrinth is insane!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You're someone that I'd like to spend time with.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And the award for "Most Patient in Makeup" goes to...

Ron Pearlman

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Jim Carey In.... THE GRIIINNCCHHH....... Look it up people

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Patient in makeup, good at acting with props, green screens, motion capture, etc. It's way different that way than with people and sets.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I know right? Having to get painted chrome silver every day for shooting Silver Surfer must've taken a while...

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Half of that was probably CGI. What about that one woman from X-men, that had to have a bizillion scales glued to her every day?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

What about the invisible woman, who had to be covered in invisible paint all day?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He may be a great actor, but most of these roles it looks like it's the makeup that's doing the acting.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 44

The water scene in hellboy was done with lighting and his movement, only bubbles were added is post. He has amazing control of motion.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Do not underestimate the power of body language. He's got moves.

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

If you watch him, you notice a lot of physical effort going into his body language to fully convey the design of the costume. He is acting.

9 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

As a makeup artist, you need a believable performer to truly sell the makeup.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

My girlfriend who took me back after I banged ops mom

9 years ago | Likes 96 Dislikes 13

Took me a second.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Him too.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

We fucking know. It's shamelessly reposted more times than your mum gets railed on a Friday afternoon.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Well, some of us haven't seen this before because we have lives and don't spend all day on Imgur. It's new to me.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm not on Imgur on Friday afternoons. Ask your mum

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm a waiter and I had the pleasure of serving him in San Diego. I recognized him and he was pleasantly surprised. Nice guy thru and thru.

9 years ago | Likes 324 Dislikes 2

Genuinely neat!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I met him once in San Diego as well. Agreed, he was incredibly and genuinely nice.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Lucky!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Was it because he just ordered a plate of eyeballs

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Where do you wait?

9 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 0

At a restaurant in San Diego

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Usually in the corner or leaning on a wall. Sometimes even in a chair.

9 years ago | Likes 77 Dislikes 0

While the 'chef' 'pisses' on your 'chips'

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

did the seriously make a fallout movie??? im gonna go find out more about it

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 2

YES. It's an amazing fan film that's only a few episodes long but there are a SHIT ton of b and c list celebs hidden in it.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It was a fanfilm, but it was a series on Youtube, not a full film. Worth a watch though, it had a lot of heart.

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

yeah i been watching it on youtube instead of studying haha. can def tell its fan made though

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

My favourite part was definitely the Mysterious Stranger reference.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's actually super good, too, as opposed to what I thought it'd be (Fallout anything seems kinda hard to get right? like Fallout MP 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

2/2 could be done but it'd have to be very specifically perfect.)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

this man has done a fuck load of acting

9 years ago | Likes 82 Dislikes 1

And he's gonna be in the new Star Trek series!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i wonder what his net worth is

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

celebrity net worth says only $500k!?? how, with all of these movies???

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Most of these are not starring roles.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

almost all of his roles are supporting roles. He's not an A list celebrity because nobody ever sees his face.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Ouch, so he's basically earning the dishwashers rate in a world of head chefs. He deserves more!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Those are the gentlemen in Buffy.

9 years ago | Likes 292 Dislikes 4

Sooo creepy!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Right? "Some demon". Wtf?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I was gonna say that xD

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Thank you!

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Hush.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A few of the character names on this are flat out wrong

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

This is exactly what I was looking for. 'Some demon on buffy' fuck off, those are the gentlemen!!

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

*teeny-tiny quiet clapping*

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That episode won an Emmy.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I scrolled down to type this. Was upset at "some demon" >_<

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

v

9 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 0

I like you too,...bitch.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I was like "Ain't just SOME DEMON, they had a name, DAMNIT!!" Then I couldn't remember it.

9 years ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 0

Yes. This!

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Ya that was the first thing I noticed. That is no mere demon!

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Can't even shout, can't even cry, the Gentlemen are coming by.

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Looking in windows, knocking on doors, they need to take seven and they might take yours.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Can't call to mom, can't say a word, you're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Great episode. "Hush" S04E10 if anyone is savvy to watch it.

9 years ago | Likes 75 Dislikes 0

Ugh. I had such a crush on Xander

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

One of the best jokes in the series

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I really like that episode

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Love the humour in that show...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That is one of my favourite buffy episodes. My favourite is probably the singing episode

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Once More With Feeling~!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I just rewatched that episode. I love the songs

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You can buy the soundtrack. I highly recommend it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

22 minutes without anyone saying a word. Pretty impressive

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

One of my favorite episodes of buffy, he really took a risk and it paid off

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Buffy really did strange things, like the singing episode.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Once More with Feeling. I love it so much I have the soundtrack.
