The ALT shortcuts are usually difficult to remember. You have to select the tab, then tab group, then command or dropdown menu, etc.

They forgot "END + ARROW" to move to the first/last non-blank cell in any direction. Also hold down SHIFT to select the cells.

kk at my work we have to use excel and some of the cells if you hit delete at all(in cell) it fucks up the formulas somehow. any ez fix?

...The instructor told the class they wouldn't need them. I ended up showing the instructor what they are and what they are good for.
