More like, "How do I get my meaning across?". Then I spent a while backspacing, cutting and pasting words around, and looking up words to make sure I was using them correctly. Then going "Ok, that's close enough. I think that'll work". And then my anxiety chiming in after I hit post with "how sure are you that that made sense?" and I thought "...I don't know, 80%-ish?, it's as close as I could make it within the character limit."
So I was aiming for about 80% before I could really quantify it.

Fittingly, art is also about the expression for better or worse, not a perfect representation - the journey rather than the destination. Creating art is better than waiting for flawlessness before starting. In that, a definition that captures 80% of the meaning and is unambiguous enough that others can extrapolate the remaining 20% is better than no definition at all.
Additionally, empty critique doesn't cheapen the piece, it cheapens the critic.
