Ah yes, Andrew Yang continues his habit of saying what the left has said for years and receiving praise from people for his great ideas.

I set this in our union contract a few years back. The laborers work 4x10s so the hourly pay nets the same paycheck. Everyone is happier.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Can we raise the fucking federal minimum wage first?!

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

We can't even manage our physical health, let alone even recognize mental health issues. I'm all for it but that's a long road

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

It's takes years (maybe decades) to change anything this radical in the US. Old farts in congress and the population keep us lagging.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

IT Dir here and Gen X. I let my guys work at least 1 day from home. Boomer boss don't like it but hey, moral and efficiency is up.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I moved my teams at my last job to four 10 hour days. Initially they bitched, then they ended up loving it because 3 day weekends every week

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Work life balance is super important.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hahahaha I have a six day work week.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I used to when young. Now I work 4 hours/week & supporting a family of 4.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yang '24!

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Currently on a 72 day weekend so far

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

At my job I swapped to a 4 day work week and I've never felt more productive. Less time for BS, more time for work.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Can we get him back?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I work 4 days a week. 14 hour days. It's real fun going to bed at 9am to get up and 3pm to doing it all over again.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a truck driver: whatever.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

For the first time in my life I actually wanted to vote for someone and, he drops out. Fml

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

When people have more free time they spend more money. It's good for the economy too. And places would still be open b/c you can..

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

.. make the 3 day weekend different for other teams now that they work a full day.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes! 3-day work week and 4-day weekends!!! God I love my dyslexia sometimes

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'd kill every single one of you for a 4 day work week... except my SO, she's on here too.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

You mean me, right, or your other SO? *sniff*

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My other one, you're just my side bitch.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also, it's not just about the number of days. The standard work week could be cut down from 40hrs to 25-30hrs for many without impacting (1)

5 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 2

probably for some tech, pencil pushers etc, but a lot of industries where you are actually making something etc need the time

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

They'll be replaced by a robot soon enough, though. Fewer hours will mean more work for who's left.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

not for a long long time

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah uh, you try working in a restaurant as a cook and getting stuff done every week in less than 40 hours.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

productivity. Our current work week is only the way it is now because it's been this way for a long time. (2/2)

5 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 1

"Because it's tradition" is the reason a lot of stupid bullshit persists.

5 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Yup.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

If I could I'd willingly work 10-hour shifts for an extra day off each week. It saves gas, gives so much more actual free time to so stuff.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Im down, give me 4 10s

5 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

I got to work 4 10s on a swing shift for about a year, and it was the best work schedule I've ever had. Still chasing that high.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Why not 4 8s?

5 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

I still would like to hit 40 hours in a week. Unless you know I were to get paid more or they changed overtime policy

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Fair. I guess I assumed similar pay (for similar output). Most jobs can get the same output in reduced tiem.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

If my job paid on output not time I'd work a lot harder, but it doesn't, so two 30 min toilet breaks a day it is.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Bro, you're going to get hemorrhiods that way. Protect the b-hole.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Exactly. I think we're starting to see the problem with the "standard" work week.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I've contracted for NASA in Houston in the past, and they had 4 day work weeks. 10 hour days. It also saved me money.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

one less round trip commuting, eh?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Exactly!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If your employer could chain you to your desk and make you work 20 hours a day 7 days a week for an extra 0.001 increase they would do so.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 4

We should absolutely do 4, 8 hour days. Creates 20% more jobs to deal with almost 40 million unemployed Americans

5 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 1

Exactly. The same amount of work being performed but by 20% more people. However, the "purpose" of the unemployed is to keep wages down.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

that's what the French think, right?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you have to hire more people, to do the same amount of work, then pay will go down

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

Cheaper than putting 40 million Americans on welfare and then having another housing crisis when people start defaulting on loans

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Not cheaper for the company, but yes for the country

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

The line between the two is getting blurrier with every bailout

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Don't you think about the poor CEOs and shareholders having to pay more wages? You monster.

5 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

Ok, we get it. Shareholders bad. Don't need to say the same thing every time.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not the wages, it's the benefits they don't want to pay!

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm pretty certain it's both. And ironically if we had universal healthcare they don't have to pay benefits!

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

But that only works if they're actually contributing a reasonable amount of taxes. So it's still paying more for them.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But the value of controlling your employees through threat of taking away their healthcare is far greater to them.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I work for a state government agency that has done 4-day work weeks for years. There is no downside but slightly longer work days.

5 years ago | Likes 261 Dislikes 2

Most big corporations have been doing similar.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So when they did this at some Japanese companies they found that 4 8 hour days were fine because a lot of useless meetings were eliminated

5 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

People are more productive and make better use of their time too. Win-win!

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I never minded the 2 extra hours. I lived the extra day.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't want to work 10 hour days...

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's not perfect, but oh boy did I love to have 4 whole days off every 4 days

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You couldn't manage 2 more hours per day to have a 3 day weekend every week? And 4 day weekends on holidays?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Holidays too? On top of four-day work week?? LoL...no.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

That's how it works. I've done it for 7 years, and we average a holiday per month. So 1 four-day weekend per month.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I did both, prefer 8 hours, 5 day. Now if it were 8 hours, 4 days like a lot of places are trying, for the same pay, I'd be all over that.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

could I? yes. do I want to work 10 hours a day? as I said, no.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I find myself wiped by the end of 8 hours... Though I imagine if I actually liked my job the slightest bit it might be a little different

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Companies know that 4-day weeks are more productive. Every experiment has shown they are. The reason we don't have them is ...

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

5-day weeks make workers more stressed and give them less leisure time. Both of which make them more willing consumers...

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

that don't find fulfillment or relieve stress in a healthy way: just consume products. Keep workers miserable so they spend their money.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

That makes no sense. More days off means more leisure time means more time to spend money on things

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

No, more leisure time ≠ more spending. Less leisure time = less satisfied + less time which means people are more likely to just shop.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You have a source for this?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The benefits are just facts. The reason employers won't implement them is my opinion based on how capitalism works.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He's already confirmed he'll run for president again in 2024 regardless of who wins the 2020 election

5 years ago | Likes 107 Dislikes 2

I would be OK with UBI if they drop all other social programs. Oh, also have to be a legal citizen to get it.

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 5

That was similar to what he proposed.

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

True. He proposed that people who opt in for UBI would opt out of other programs, but the programs would still exist for those who don't.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm speculating this but Yang knows he won't win any upcoming elections. He'll keep playing the long game and make his prescence known now.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I disagree with his implementation, but I'm definitely glad someone is bringing discussion about UBI and the OP into the mainstream

5 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

What part do you disagree with/how would you like it implemented?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The two major parts are that 1) he set it up as an either/or situation for people on other forms of support, and 2) he wanted to finance it/

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

through a VAT. Both of these things are regressive and could hurt struggling people more than it helps them

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks! Didn’t know about those parts, and I agree, there are better ways.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Really glad to hear. I'll vote Biden 2020 to oust Trump, but will not support him a second term. We need a leader who wants real change.

5 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 0

Biden has been hinting that he only wants to serve 1 term. Calling himself a transitional candidate.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Yeah but GOP didnt replace Trump for the same reason Biden would probably have to run again. Incumbents have really good odds.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, if the GOP gets four more years of advancing their voter suppression, the Dems might as well not even bother showing up in 2024.

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I gotta disagree. I don't think voter ID laws would hurt the dems. What hurt them this and the last election was choosing members of the >

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

This is not about political strategy. Voter suppression is very much a thing, and voter ID laws are just the tip of the iceberg.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

old guard to be their nominee against someone they knew would not run a clean campaign. They needed a younger fresher face to win with >

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

less pre existing dirt on them for the opponent to use. Instead they hand Trump ammunition to use on their candidate.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What if the bill in 2024 is Biden vs Mitch McConnell. Or Alex Jones. Or Stephen Miller. Or Mik-know what? This is depressing, I'll stop

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I'd say that's extremely unlikely, but then again, here we are with a shitty reality TV host as leader. Either way, would hope the 1/?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Democrats wouldn't push for a second term and Biden would do the right thing and straight up refuse to run. 2/2

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Why? So the working class gets fucked a little more?

5 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 7

Yeaaadude.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I have to agree. I’d love 4 8 hour days, but the logic for companies is going to be “20% less time? Well we just cut our payroll by 20%”

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

If it's about productivity, hours doesn't matter. Pay should be the same.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It absolutely matters for the tens of millions paid by the hour. This only works for salary workers in the current corporate world in the us

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe I should have said "total" pay should be the same. Hourly rate would be raised so they take home the same paycheck as before.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Exactly. I have to fight every week to get 40 hrs, and my managers have unrealistic expectations as it is. Telling the them can get 1/2

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Even more work out of me by scheduling (and paying) me less is detrimental to the "essential heroes" that are barely hanging on as it is.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Well said.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Hell yeh. Honestly ide much rather be doing 4 10-hour days vs 5 8hour days.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

this is more about 4 8 hour days but being paid for 5. which will never fly in our corporate wet dream of a country

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'd rather do 5 little 8hr days than 4 12hr days.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

4 10hr days is the same hours as 5 8hr days

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I said 4 12hr days not 10hr.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why would we add the hours though?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

....im not following. Im saying that for me, working 4 10hr days would be an improvement as I'm working 12hr days.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I usded to work 3X12 & 4 days off a week. I was good with that. Lots of time to take care of my own projects & goals.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Fuck yes 4 day work week. The entire point of progress as a society is so that we don't have to work as much and we can enjoy our lives more

5 years ago | Likes 2060 Dislikes 6

You may be a little bit off-point when you say "the entire point of progress as a society".

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I heard a boss today called an immunocompromised employee who wants to keep working from home "an entitled millenial pussy"

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

so... lets see if we can convince the boomers 4 day work weeks are possible

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nonononono, that's Marxist thinking! A good capitalist uses the freed up time to make more money for his boss!

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But a 4 day work week will kill business! - Says the businesses.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Most would move to a 4 10’s structure so you’d still work the same amount. Though you would commute less at least.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 69 Dislikes 0

Ah, my favorite gif thriving in the wild

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Absolutely. But that inevitably involves freedom from consumerism. If people continue to buy new iphones, 1000 inch TVs, trucks, suburban //

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

houses, they have to work even more than now they do. Because all these things won't make themselves. And all that hair won't cut itself. //

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And all that pumpkin spice lattes and craft biers won't brew themselves.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm sure rich people enjoy life more.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A thriving economy should offer thriving wages, but this will never be true under our current system

5 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 2

How are the multibillionaires going to become trillionaires if they don't work people to death?

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

4 day work weeks, 10+ hours a day. I can see it happening

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

Why 10 hours a day?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

10x4=40. It's going to be the first thing that big business "compromises" on in this plan

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They'll just not pay laborers for that day. And imagine having a job that's busiest on weekends. 3 of your 4 days are the busiest/shitiest.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Right? Automation should be good news. Eliminates all the shitty repetitive chores that should be beneath us. Instead we're worried about...

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

shelter & healthcare when machines reduce the need for mind-numbing menial labor because some refuse to share the resulting wealth increase

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Wait - so it’s not to keep lining pockets of the 1%?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You fool!! We are supposed to work ourselves to death in the trenches!!

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Unfortunately most countries are run by people financed by those who believe the point of progress is to get you to work more so that >

5 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 1

they can have ALL of the gold-plated toilets on their 4th mega-yacht upgraded to solid gold like the one in their stateroom...

5 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 1

No! No! No. The skyrocket of productivity is meant to benefit profit margins, not you. You're a number. s/

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There are loads of conspiracy theories out there that the 5 day work week is designed to keep you tired enough to pay

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

2. dearly for fun and convenience. a 4 day work week would cause them to have to turn off the machine again.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It's not a conspiracy. Quarantine has showed us that. People have time and energy to cook proper meals, and engage in their hobbies now.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Problem is that if you dig into any of these articles, they're all suggesting 10 hour workdays. No thank you.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well some jobs allow for 4-10’s instead of 5-8’s. Same amount of work but save on the driving and get the extra day

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Try 14 days on 14 off it’s great

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm afraid most people will just have an extra day to work their second job

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

id be happy having only a 5 day work week , most weeks i end up doing 6 or 7 days :p

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not that I disagree but I like my overtime pay and bonuses. Maybe pay us more and reduce the workweek

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Ask a rich person if they agree. Something tells me it's a hard NO. because, productivity or something.

5 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

They aren't interested in the quality of life of their slaves.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It’s never about productivity. It’s about keeping everyone exhausted, distracted and afraid. Then selling them the answer to these ills.

5 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 2

This.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yea that was my point too. The "productivity will go down" argument is just self preservation.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Yep I’m agreeing with you.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Bit won't anyone think of the shareholders!

5 years ago | Likes 497 Dislikes 5

It's not the money, it's never been money, they have so much it's useless. It's about CONTROL

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you know nothing about the stock market.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yea. My thought is: "Fuck 'em!"

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There is no less work, just 4x10 instead of 5x8. The concept is a productivity boost, since productivity is worse the first and last hour

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

+ reduced need to spend any more time than necessary at work. Also from a capitalistic POV it would be better to have more leisure time.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Joke is, there's a good chance a 4 day work would would benefit the shareholders and increase overall wealth.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It actually might increase productivity.... And thus help the shareholders.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Productivity gains going to workers instead of shareholders? Pish posh

5 years ago | Likes 119 Dislikes 1

They should realize that giving buying power to people boosts their gains, by a lot.

5 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 1

Exactly. As automation increasingly replaces human necessity, no one will be able to buy the products. Therefore a standard living wage---1

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

-should be available to everyone, allowing folk to buy things, which in turn will go back into the economy. Cheaper products, cheaper labor2

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

That makes no sense, you need to increase prices so shareholders can get more moneys /s

5 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 1

That is you. 401K? Stock. 403b? Stock. State retirement? Stock. Union Pension? Stock. LLC? Private Stock.

Fist is something they wont give up unless forced. 4

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Think about the hourly workers losing 1/5 of pay.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

No, the idea is of course that the hourly pay has to rise so that they won't earn less overall.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They wouldn't lose 1/5. It's 4 10 hour days. That's still 40 hours a week.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I already work 10hrs a day. What you're proposing is dropping from 50hrs to 40. I will still notice the loss of 1/5th income.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Exactly

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

we cant do this at my job because of union rules

5 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 5

Talk to your union rep, they will either give you the reason why they cannot barter for it, or add it as something to barter for. 1/2

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because the company loves putting out "we would but the union" statements, even though they wouldn't want to do it regardless. 2/2

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wait... But your the worker surely if you work force all agrees the union has negotiate on your behalf?

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Unions don’t necessarily have the interests of the workers in mind when they do anything.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Then stop paying into them? Sorry I may just be ignorant on how American unions work but in the UK you pay your union for a voice and rep

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In some professions in some states, union membership is mandatory

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, imagine someone in America with a union complaining that it will be hard to get something *did someone get addicted to worker rights*

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Be happy you have a union lol.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Living wages, good retirement, good health care. That’s hot v

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Cant union rules change?

5 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 1

Unions served a purpose when Sole proprietors were allowed to be asshats. There are no Sole Proprietors anymore, just corporations.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 5

Yes they can, they barter for whatever the union contract is, usually 3 day weekends are pushed aside for pay raises & benefits discussion

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

unions are the lumbering dinosaur of labor.

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

The workers are the union. Go on strike against your union. Watch them shit pants on confusion

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Player 3 has appeared

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

4 10s all day

5 years ago | Likes 59 Dislikes 5

9 9s work an extra hour every day except Friday and every other Friday is off

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm doing 5 10s now so I'll take 4.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm currently on 3 12s, with an 8 every other week. So, 3 days this week, 4 days next week. It's nice.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What do you do?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Maintenance at a factory. I work the weekend shift, but they also have a mon - fri 8 hr shift.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck that. 4 8s or 4 6s. Spending that long at work reduces your productivity and hardly any job would require that anymore

5 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 1

Screw that, I want my 4 12s.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

4 6s? Come on you ain’t gonna get out the ghetto with that attitude

5 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 10

"getting out of the ghetto" is not a matter of hours worked is a matter of wages paid.

5 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 0

BLAM

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

4 10 hour workdays is probably best in all honesty, it's how you keep your hours and get a free day. I love my 10 hour shifts
