I love oatmeal cookies with the icing on top. I always buy them, but this time I wanted to make them!
Blend the oats!
Combine the dry!
Butter and sugar, butter and sugar, butter and sugar....plus eggs!
I love rolling balls.
Do you want ants? Cuz this is how you get ants!!
Had to flatten them so they can be iced properly.
VoilĂ ! Done. Favorite cookies finished!
Scale banana for scale.
I love baking things and sharing it with you all as well as see what others create themselves.
10/10 would absolutely make them again
TIL this recipe is sticky. Took twice as long to make because of it.

Personally I prefer to use stick butter for baking but the end result looks amazing

Must have been good to finish with jizz

You'll get better results using real butter. Also, get crazy and throw some craisins in the bitch. Shit's next level.

Chocolate Chip cookies are my favorite. I even made my own secret recipe

Royal icing?
IAmTheDarkMermaid
It's Confectioners sugar and milk. I wouldn't call it royal icing. It did harden so it made the cookies stackable
thevortexmaster
I do the same for fritters and it generally doesn't harden. Did you let it sit awhile to dry?
IAmTheDarkMermaid
Only about 5 minutes. It dried decently fast.
fudgemonkies
Buttercream icing = real butter (1/2 cup) + confectioners sugar (4 cups) + vanilla (2tsp) + milk (2tbs). Simple and super delicious.
thevortexmaster
Works good but you can't stack the cookies very well. They icing would get everywhere. I think op used royal icing.
IAmTheDarkMermaid
It's confectioners sugar and milk. It makes a nice hard shell for cookie stacking!
IAmTheDarkMermaid
Its confectioner sugar and milk. It makes a hard shell which is great for cookie stacking!

If you add some egg white it will harden much more. Do you let it dry? That's like cake icing. 20 year chef here and I always use royal.
IAmTheDarkMermaid
I let it dry. It took about 5 min to dry. And after you mentioned royal icing I looked it up. They say it's good for cookie frosting.
thevortexmaster
Hshaha yup, try it
