In the future, boxing matches are with robots instead of people. Somehow, a terrible father and his son discover an old robot that they teach to be a championship boxer. This is a fun movie for anyone really.

All life on earth is dead. Those who survived are on a train that travels the globe. The inhabitants struggle as a class system emerges. Truly griping film, a must see.

Astronauts find space vampires who start to suck the life out of the people on earth. Weird but fun, this movie was unique, but isn't for everyone. I enjoyed it though.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy 2005

A human is forced to travel the galaxy with his alien friends, leaving right before earth is destroyed. Its ridiculous fun, and took an amazing 20 years to finally make. Well worth it though.

Iron Sky 2012

Like Kung Fury, this movie is ridiculous. Astronauts on the moon find a massive colony of Nazi's. Yes Nazi's, who somehow got there right before the war ended. Now, they are ready to return to earth. Unbelievable everything, and thats the fun.

A man isolated on the moon as part of a 3 year contract begins to question his sanity and reality as he has no contact with anyone but his personal computer. Really interesting film.

Earth has been destroyed, but a young man believes his father has hidden a secret device capable of saving the remnants of the human race. Unfortunately, he isn't the only one after it. Animated yes, but not necessarily for kids. I enjoyed it start to finish.

The Butterfly Effect 2004

Ashton Kutchers best role in my opinion, as he plays a man who had blacked out as kid, only to find he can relive those moments and change the past and present. Really interesting movie, and don't see the supposed sequels, they ruin everything, a la starship trooper sequels.
