Always be aware

So a couple of months back I commented on a post from a fellow Imgurian. *She* replied and after a nice conversation in the comment section, she started inboxing me.

We had a couple of normal conversations but after a few nights I kinda got curious and started to get a little bit naughtier. She seemed into it and before I knew we were sending nudes to eachother. She wasn't a top model but your sexy girl next door.

After a couple of days the contact stopped and I checked to see if her account was still active. Deleted. Well, that was nice for the time being. Flash forward to a month later; a new message in my inbox.

It were my nudes. I was shocked. This was a profile of a guy that just made that account. I responded calmly, asking what all this was about. Turns out it was a catfish and he now wants to see money or otherwise he would spread my nudes around the internet. Sounds like the guy is really serious and I don't know what to do. Do I pay the cash, do I need to put in charges against him? At first he started with a small amount of money but in our latest conversation I asked him how much and he replied with; Around tree fiddy. And it was that momemt I realised he was actually the great Monster of Loch Ness and those weren't my nudes but just selfies with the long neck of Nessie.
